Who needs carpet/upholstery cleaning?

A few years ago Zach came to my home and did all my area rugs along with a sectional couch. The couch looked brand new again. The areas rugs had puppy pee stains….gone!!!!

Today, he came to my office to do my room along with 3 other rooms. We do body work, so imagine oils and lotion stains. The carpets look brand new AND took him and his guy only 1 hour to do 4 rooms.
Lastly. I don’t leave many people in my home, unless I am there and I did while he did the house. Trust worthy, on time and awesome job.

Fresh Start Carpet Care came out to my house the day after I called! They cleaned my seating benches after the dogs peed on them. The benches look and smell like nothing ever happened to them! Wonderful customer care and quality work!

Responsive. Professional. And Wow the results were just amazing! My carpets are old and we have an old dog and two young kids so you can imagine what daily life looks like in our household. I called Fresh Start for a routine carpet cleaning throughout our home. Zach answered the phone right away and had me on the calendar within in a few minutes. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. Zach and his team showed up on time and worked efficiently and fast. My carpets look amazing! I also added on the tile cleaning for my kitchen and wow...just WOW! I've never had this done before and wasn't sure what kind of results to expect. My tiles and grout have never looked better and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! They just left a few hours ago and I've already recommended this company to a friend. These guys did an amazing job!!!...I’ve used others but never got the same service. Carpets came out great. I had one high traffic area that needed a little more attention and got in touch with Zach about it. He didn’t hesitate to book me in when he could to come do a touch up on it....besides that he hit the other high traffic area that I thought looked great to begin with.Way above and beyond going the extra mile. I highly recommend these guys!!!

These days it is difficult to get good customer service, let alone superior customer service, and that is exactly the level of service I received. From my first phone call to schedule (where someone actually answered the phone), to the timeliness and professionalism of Chris and Zack, right down to the excellent job they did cleaning my carpets and area rugs, Fresh Start exceeded all of my expectations. They have definitely gained a loyal customer!

Zach and Chris were incredible to work with. They drove almost to Emerald Bay to clean all the carpets in our 1960’s era cabin... and made the same aged carpets look like they were just installed! Fast response, courteous, professional, neat, considerate of belongings, great pricing, and just very nice guys who were a pleasure to work with. Need I say more? HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

We were in need of a move out carpet clean as part of our lease agreement. I was looking for a local company to Carson Valley and found these guys. They were very professional and fit me in their busy schedule. I also decided to have them do the house we were moving into as I wanted it to smell clean. They were able to do both in the same day. Both the houses looked and smelled great. The guys were friendly and hand working. We decided to have them come back a few days later and do our couches. They look like new! We couldn’t be happy.
