I use Fresh Start regularly for the vacation rental business I work with in SLT. Zach is so great to schedule with and always completes each job with care- the communication is impressive (texts the day before to confirm appointments & always follows up when the work is completed).

Fresh Start makes the homes carpets look BRAND NEW and the cost has always been exceptional. They have made my life easier in routine carpet maintenance at my rentals and I would highly recommend them for any carpet care or upholstery cleaning needs.

Zach was amazing! They got us within just a couple of days of contacting them (holiday weekend). They were flexible on hours, sent a text about an hour before with their ETA and was here right on time. Only took about 45 minutes and added an extra rug I didn’t originally ask for. Very professional and kind. Will definitely book in the future.

These guys are THE BEST. Professional, always on time, so nice to talk to. Some carpet cleaners don’t fully understand the technology they are using and can damage your carpet— not these guys! We HIGHLY recommend this company! We thought our request to clean two small bedrooms might be too small of a job for a professional carpet cleaner. The owner Zach, return my call within the hour and scheduled time to come to the house within the following week. Zach and his associate Kraig, took extra care of a couple major stains that we could not clean ourselves. The bedroom carpets now look brand new. High level service at a fair price! Thank you guys!

Wow! Had this brother and sister duo come out today to clean the carpets in my house and my salon. They managed to get all the stains and smell out. I highly recommend them. I've honestly never seen a more dedicated team. Very hard working.

Zach and fresh start carpet did an amazing job cleaning our tile, grout and carpet today! This was our second time using this business and the first time they did an excellent job at a fair price and this time was no different. He is very professional, friendly and the communication has been excellent. We are extremely pleased with the way our floors look and will continue to use fresh start and recommend them to all our friends and family!

Zach and his team did so great on my carpets. I vacuum weekly, however 4 years of build up from kids, pets, regular wear/tear my carpets were looking dirty and smelt terrible during summer heat. Zach was prompt, professional, very fair on pricing. I trusted him & his workers with my home unlocked while I was working. Throughout their progress, I was informed throughout the day regular updates on progress. Payment sent VIA venmo. Returned home, found a like new fresh smelling home. 4 years of dirt, build up, and stains were removed. Carpets fell so good, smell great, and appear like new condition again! Outcome was unbelievable. Very trust worthy crew! Highly reccomend. Will be on bi-yearly service. Thank you again Zach!

We hired Fresh Start Carpet Care to clean our medical office in Reno and they were amazing. Zach, the owner, came out to complete the job with Kraig and they did a phenomenal job. They were very clear and communicative throughout the entire process. They were very professional and very efficient! They came in and quickly assessed the area, they communicated any concerns with me and let me know that they were happy to clear the floor of furniture. They helped us move all furniture around the office and got to work quickly. They did an incredible job and are a great company to work with.
