We hired Dream2Clean to clean our retail store on a weekly basis. They send a reliable staff (same staff each week) to clean the floors, dust, clean the windows, and straighten anything that is out of place. We have a vinyl plank flooring in the store that we had cleaned with MopNGlo right after it was installed. This, combined with the salt tracked in during the winter left our brand new floor with a milky film that we could not remove. Dream2Clean researched and tested several organic cleaners until they found a solution that restored the flooring's original shine and keeps it looking good each week.

They are trustworthy and come very promptly at the same time each week. This is important, as the staff is alone in our retail store for a few hours each week at a time when the store is not yet open.

The days that Dream2Clean come to both my business and home are special treats. It is always refreshing to have a clean and fresh start every few weeks. Online booking is a breeze, and the work is consistent. Even special requests have been made and completed. Those that I have referred love their service too! I hear fantastic things about the "move-out' cleaning.

I highly recommend Dream2Clean. The owners Larry and Renay are good business people and they care about their clients.

I like the service because they clean without chemicals. They do a great job cleaning my home and taking care of things the way I like them taken care of. They are great with my little dog as well.

I take advantage of the other service they offer to arrange for other vendors to do needed work like window cleaning, grout and tile cleaning and carpet cleaning. They arrange everything and I don't have to wait at home.

It's a relief to have them taking care of my home. I am very busy running my company and I don't have to worry about my home when I know they are taking care of it. I also like that they respond to email as it is the easiest way for me to communicate. I can send them notes about my cleaning or other services I need.

I met Larry and Renay from Dream 2 Clean through a business networking group in Reno, and they have been cleaning my condo on a regular basis for several weeks now. Not only are they professional, courteous, and show a genuine care for the environment, but they also do a wonderful job! I have a 5 year old Australian Shepard that sheds a lot, and, when Dream 2 Clean is finished, I am hard pressed to find any fur anywhere.

Bryan and his team do such nice work. Coming home after a long work day to a clean house is so lovely. He is more professional and thorough than other cleaners I’ve tried in the past. The price is reasonable and he does a preliminary walk through/discussion with an estimate. They got out 2 tough stains (toilet and stove), which impressed me. We will continue to use this service. Brian and his crew have been cleaning our house in Alpine Meadows for a few years now. They always come on time, are super polite, do great work and its such a pleasure having them make the place look great.

Super detailed and high quality work. The supervisor Brian has extensive experience in 5 star hotels and you can see the results. This dream team gets to all those details (inside of oven glass, top of pendant lights, underside of grates on the stove) you just don't really think about cleaning yourself. Very knowledgeable about cleaning high end fixtures and appliances safely. Even after a year, the attention to detail is still there (sometimes people get used to your house and like you, stop noticing certain things). I love the emphasis on gentle care for the home. They're even coming out with their own line of plastic-free sponges in a soft, non-scratching material. The team is super respectful of my home, wearing shoe covers and removing the trash to outside (shoes-off household). I literally can't think of a single improvement to suggest.

We were lucky enough to find Esmerelda's Quality Services. Bryan and Ruthilia came on super short notice and worked non-stop for hours (during a heat wave with no AC) until the house was spotless.
Their professionalism, attention to the smallest details, and caring about the quality of their work is amazing and unmatched. They truly show that "quality" in their service name is not just a sound good catch phrase but something that they truly demonstrate, support, and deserve.
They came equipped with everything they needed (professional cleaning gear and supplies) and knew our appliances and what can be used on our furnishings better than we did.

We have been using Esmerelda’s monthly for a while now and we are pleased with their service. They are quick and flexible and can clean as much (deep clean + organize) or as little (quick surface clean) as you need. Bryan is always responsive, trustworthy, and so nice to work with. I don’t know what cleaning product they use, but our house always smells fantastic after every clean! Highly recommend!

I also just hired them to do a couch/upholstery cleaning and wow what a fabulous job. I don’t think I’ve ever seen my bed and my couch this clean! Esmeralda Quality Services does a fantastic job. They’ve been cleaning my house for almost 3 years now and I have zero complaints. Brian is a great communicator and is very thorough with their cleanings. I love that I can count on them and they always do such a great job.

Cleaners did a fantastic job the first time but quit after the third cleaning.
Not a great provider if you are looking for a consistent service which is what we were promised.
