What an EASY experience! We used this service for a rental clean out as we didn’t have the time to do it myself. I called the number and spoke with Megan. She was super friendly and answered all my questions.

Monica was absolutely fantastic. She did such a thorough job cleaning our place in midtown and was so professional and very detailed during her visit. Megan was super easy to coordinate the cleaning appt with too, we are very grateful to the whole team at Reno cleaners! Would definitely recommend

Lmao been handicapped with a bad knee an leg problem for year now can really walk anywhere have the cash to pay for work but they won't except it cause I can't use a debit card told them I'd just pay the cleaner with cash they still turn me down so I really wouldn't recommend this company cause they really don't care about issues or proble.s with a handicap it all about the money

I really wanted to leave a positive review since the cleaner was punctual, friendly, and communication was clear throughout the process.

Unfortunately, the actual cleaning was very disappointing. I hired Reno Cleaners specifically for a deep clean, but many areas were missed and the results didn’t even meet the standard of a basic maintenance clean - the tile in our shower was not cleaned, window sills were not cleaned (even though I specifically requested a deep clean for this), there was a ton of residue left on our floors, light fixtures and fans were not dusted, microwave wasn’t cleaned, etc. The trash wasn’t even taken out.

I did receive a $75 refund for the $258 service for my 870 square foot home (which I appreciated) but I am continually finding areas that were not cleaned at all. Even with this, $183 was not worth the clean we received.

I couldn’t be happier with the service! The team arrived right on time, fully prepared, and worked with an incredible attention to detail. Every room looks spotless — from gleaming floors to perfectly dust-free shelves. They even took care of little touches I didn’t expect, like neatly arranging items and leaving everything smelling fresh. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and the results were beyond my expectations. If you want a home that feels brand-new, this is the company to call!
