Nice to get email updates about cleaning dates and times; especially since we need to be sure the dog is at daycare on cleaning days! Cleaning has been done professionally and I have received fast responses to my questions.

The women were very professional about carrying out their tasks. No time was wasted and no frivolous extras were added. Merry Maids provided exactly the service we requested.

We did not have our usual 3 ladies this week. The 2 people we had were 2 hours late, and they did not clean our master bathroom. Hope we get our regulars back.

This was a gift to my Granddaughter, to get her Condo cleaned. Merry Maids of Reno, not only did they do an excellent job, their kindness was exceptional. I have never seen her Condo so clean and organized! Thank you

Your cleaners were very hard working and very present. After completing the cleaning they were willing to help hanging curtains and unloading boxes of cloths and placing them back in the closet

After covit and five grandchildren staying with us every few weeks our daughter moved home and we needed help! Merry maids has been wonderful and a real help keeping up with things. We just can't say enough good things.

The gals that clean my house, Darlene and Patricia have got my house is such better shape then when I started with Merry Maids! I needed help! They are also awesome with my crazy hunting dog!!!

I was very disappointed with the quality of the move in clean they did for us, before we moved into our new home. I paid for oven cleaning..and the oven, stove, and microwave were done extremely well! I don't know what happened after that..but my sister and I had to clean out cupboards, etc before we moved in. These were supposed to be done. I specifically said that all the cupboards and drawers in kitchen/bathroom/laundry room were the most important part of the clean. One of the kitchen sinks was cleaned by me (it still looked awful) I was able to make it shine with a bit of elbow grease and a few minutes. A lot more examples of poor cleaning that would take a long time to list.

Brian and Lulu are wonderful. Efficient, friendly, and ask how you want things done. I'm very pleased with how the house looks when they are done.

As a working mom, I truly appreciate the great job Rosemary and the Merry Maids team do, giving me more precious time with my daughter and in my garden. They are always friendly and efficient, and do a particularly fabulous job on our frequently-used stovetop!

I was very happy and amazed at the job the girls did on my house. I definitely recommend using Merry Maids if you need house cleaning. I will be using them again.

The workers who clean the house are very nice and professional. I can't say the same for the office personnel. Making an appointment is difficult because they have 3 people who does scheduling and they can't seem to communicate with one another. My suggestion is if you decide to make one, follow up with them a couple of days before to make sure they have you on the books because they will not call ypu unless its to late. Somehow my appointment fell through the cracks twice. Good luck to all!

I have used Merry Maids the last few months (twice per month) and have been happy with their services. They are thorough and do a great job every time.

The ladies were friendly, but the cleaning was not great. I hired them, and paid almost $500.00, for a moving clean as we had sold our house. I had to reclean the master bath vanities. The backsplash and chrome was not even touched, and the sinks weren't cleaned around the drain area, so I had to do that. The floors were not remotely clean. It looked like they pushed dirty water around. The floors had a sticky residue that left foot prints on "dry" floors. I took a paper towel to the floors in the kitchen to clean the footprints off, and the paper towel was almost black from wiping it up. For the amount I paid, and what I should have received, but didn't, I would not use Merry Maids ever again, and if it was my home I had them clean, I would have requested a reclean or refund. I was warned before from clients and friends not to use Merry Maids, and now I see why. Had I not been in a hurry to have it done, I would have done better research to cleaning services.

I have been with Merry Maids for a lot of years and i'm very happy with them! Brian is the best and I requested to have him every time and they have assigned him to me. they always do a excellant job and are very accommodating with the times that I prefer. Brian always asks me if there is anything extra or special that I want done. As long as I have Brian I will always have Merry Maids clean my house. I have aways found the office staff to very nice and helpful.

Cleaning was pretty good especially for how long I they were here. The check in time change twice before day of cleaning due to cancellations which is understandable. But I told them multiple times that I was having a family member come to the house when the cleaning was happening due to one of our dogs not being great with strangers. They showed up over an hour early without notice which would’ve been okay if we were given any notice. I had to call the family member to get there ASAP when we didn’t answer the door when they were already doing us a favor by being there. Just think communication could’ve been better. But overall a very good experience.

We have had different cleaning services over the year. Merry Maids has been the best by far! Darlene is very friendly and does a great job along with anyone who comes with her. Things have only got better since the new ownership took over. Recommend highly!

They did a wonderful job cleaning our house when we were moving out. Honestly, our house wasn’t this clean when we moved in! It looks beautiful and this takes a load off us with all the work that moving entails. Well done! We recommend this company to anyone that wants their house sparkling clean!
