I just had a deep clean done by Merry Maids and they were very thorough, they took their time with each section of the house and left it spotless. I appreciated that they moved the dog bed and large kid toys to clean underneath - that is something most cleaners would not do.I would highly recommend!

Always responsive on the phone and flexible with my monthly requests. Each team member I have had is gracious, considerate and thorough. Good afternoon Debra, I wanted to take the time to let you know how our first cleaning went. I met Julie and Cheyenne before I left the house that morning, they were right on time, very friendly and professional. I didn't meet Thomas, as he stopped by later and met my husband. My husband even commented on how the team was very personable (he's a Brit and rarely notices these things). They really did a fantastic job, I enjoyed the "clean" smells around the house for the rest of the day. I'm sure they cleaned places in my house that haven't been cleaned in a long time, including the grease filter/trap above the stove. I especially appreciated that everything was back in its place, including the kitchen rugs - great attention to detail. Also, I took a few notes from the way they made the master bed, I thought I was walking into a hotel room, it was so professionally done. Finally, my husband told me that while showing the team where the garbage cans were kept outside, Thomas took the time to straighten an outside planter in front of our garage. Talk about attention to detail!! I was very impressed by the team and the excellent work they did. I look forward to your company visiting my house in many years to come. Tell them all how fantastic we think they are!!

After an unsatisfactory experience with another company I called Merry Maids for a one-time deep clean. I was so impressed with the service and attention to detail that I immediately called and signed up for monthly cleanings. The women are diligent, friendly and do an amazing job. After calling around for pricing, I found them to be very affordable! Thank you.

I used them for a couple of years now. I always had them out on a Monday. This week they decided Tuesday would be better for them without confirming with me. Now they are trying to charge $75 for me not being home on a day after the usual day (Monday). I am pretty disappointed. They started with three people initially. Then it was two. The last few months it's been one person who is quite old. He is nice but doesn't do as well as the younger crews. I wouldn't recommend this company at this point. I am very disappointed. Beware!!

When I entered the room, I could just feel the energy those two girls put out cleaning the house. It’s amazing to detail and I checked being a senior I checked, and they did it all excellent workers I give them five star plus ha ha
