What a great result at my house! Carpets clean and he uses protective material to keep my furniture dry and the walls are not scuffed up. I also had him clean a chair for me and it looked AWESOME!

Details carpet cleaning is the only carpet cleaner we use!! They are so respectful of our home and wall corners. They never up sell and they do a wonderful job.

All I can say is that Garrett is the best..use him for you carpet and furniture cleaning needs. We have had our our carpets and furniture cleaned by him for years and have never been disappointed!

I called at 4:30pm Tuesday requesting service to an entire house ASAP. They were there the very next morning and did an excellent job. 10/10 would recommend. Carpets look, feel, and smell great. Garret came out right on time and explained exactly what he was going to do and backed his work that if there were any issues after he left, that he would come back and make it right. Although I didn't get to experience their great work since I live outside of their service area they still took the time outside business hours to ease my panic of ruined carpet and even recommended another carpet company for me to contact. That is amazing customer service. I will recommend them to everyone I know that is in their area and if we ever move I will always use them. Now I'm hoping the company that is close to us is just as good and I can get this nail polish that my kids spilt out if my brand new carpet.

I found Garrett 5 1/2 years ago for my company. He did such a great job that I continually recommend him to anybody I know. He's done my ex girlfriend's house, my house, my friends and now friends friends. I think you're crazy not to use Garrett for your carpets and upholstery. When I get my house I hope he can fit me in to clean everything in there also.

Its always tough to know who the pros are in Reno/Sparks. Garrett and Details are the pros you are looking for. Every aspect was pretty much perfect - quality of work, timeliness, price, etc. I would absolutely hire Details again in the future. My couches and carpet are super clean now!

Garrett is so good. Gets there on time, communicates when he’s on his way, he cleans my rugs and cars and carpets and upholstered chairs and my camper - all the things. The carpets look amazing too!

Amazing job! I brought in my couch and they did such a great job. I brought in two chairs and my rug. They've done the best job for the best price in town! Been to a lot of rug cleaners and nobody seems to clean things as well as Carpet Tender 🙂. Plus they are very friendly and down to earth. Love dealing with them!

This is the 2nd time Ron has cleaned our carpets and he is very careful and mindful with his work and does a fantastic job!

We had three--very much needed--rooms cleaned by the Carpet Tender. Ron was very professional and did a great job cleaning carpets that hadn't been professionally cleaned in 17 years. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable , and we're very helpful in getting us setup for the estimate and cleaning. I would definitely refer to friends!
