Ryan was polite, honest, and efficient! He took the time to explain everything that was needed and show pictures of the condition of the vents before he cleaned them, which definitely went to show how much we needed his services! Would HIGHLY recommend!

If I could give this company made 10 stars, I would. I was smelling a burning odor and my dryer kept saying "Check dryer vent". I called Ryan and made an appointment. He called me about a 1/2 hour before he was due and asked if he could come early. He showed up about 5 minutes later and took one look at the dryer vent access and proceeded to let me know what needed to be done. He explained the process, what the cost would be and he didn't treat me like a silly woman. He was polite, considerate and very knowledgeable about his business, which I truly appreciate. I would highly recommend All Star Dryer Vent Cleaning and Ryan Riley. You can trust him to be honest!

I called Ryan to fix a problem with my dryer vent. A local company wanted to make it a major repair and charge a lot to do it! Ryan happened to be at a call nearby and was at my house within a half hour. He quickly and efficiently fixed the problem, cleaned out my dryer vent AND even replaced the vent cover! If I hadn't been due to leave, he also would have inspected the dryer and vent inside the house. His price was less than half the other company. He was honest and thorough and really went above and beyond! I will DEFINITELY call Ryan again for any service or repairs on my dryer!!!

My dryer, while not the best brand, kept giving me error messages, additionally I have a roof vent, so I know keeping my dryer exhaust pipe clean is critical. I have used a past competitor but after the last cleaning I felt taken advantage of, so I tried a new company. Ryan was quick to respond we scheduled a cleaning.

I have to say that I was impressed, he provided an estimate upfront, and it was reasonable for the services provided. Ryan said that I did not have much build-up, but apparently what was there was causing the problem as now my dryer functions perfectly and no more error messages.

I would have no hesitation to call Ryan again, he was professional, clean, and friendly. I am happy to rate Ryan 5 stars and feel you could trust him to do a great job for you.

Ryan did a great job. He was very professional and explained each step. There was no upselling he was honest about what needed or did not need to be done. It was very refreshing to have someone tell you, this is fine. Check it again in a couple of years. Really nice to have someone you can trust!

Ryan is not only great at what he does but is also very personable! Ryan was outstanding! He discovered a defect in my dryer venting design from when the home was built. He customized my venting system that not only corrected the problem but made the entire run of vent pipe more efficient and easier to clean in the future. Ryan kept me informed of his arrival time, was professional and courteous, and meticulous in cleaning our dryer. 100% recommended! Riley came over to clean out our (8 year old, never serviced) dryer vent. After crawling around in our attic for a while, he declared that our vent did not need cleaning. Amazing and super honest. Had him clean the lint filters and he was on his way. Can't recommend him enough!
