One of the best house services I have experienced. I called Ryan and he was there right away. He spent the time, provided recommendations for things that I could add and did not pressure on anything. He was professional and provided expert service. Prices were reasonable without any sticker shock. He even took the time to adjust my dryer door so it opened up making it easier to transfer over laundry from the washer. I would highly recommend using this company.

Ryan was very professional and explained everything prior to providing his services. Great customer service in being flexible to my busy scheduling needs, he stayed in contact with me prior to the jobs and was able to promptly answer all of my questions. Ryan showed up on time for my scheduled appointments and the whole process could not have been any easier. Overall, a great job all with being courteous, professional and reasonable on the pocket book. All Star Dryer Vent service is a local small business that should be supported for sure. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for a couple of jobs well done !

After posting our review, Ryan finally contacted us and quickly completed the job to our satisfaction. Although we experienced some frustration, we feel he did an outstanding job and would now recommend him.
Paid $179 for a dryer vent that Ryan needed to order back on 7/19/24. He said in 2 weeks he would have our part and come back to install. No word, so contacted him in August, and he said he had our part and would come 8/19 or 8/20 to install. We still haven't seen him or our dryer vent. He has not answered our calls, voice mail or email. It is a shame because Ryan seemed so professional and knowledgeable, just does not know how to complete a job he was already paid in advance to do.

I was having issues with my dryer. I was told it was the vent from my dryer to outside. Ryan came and was so nice and knowledgeable about the process. There was a chance I would have to call another company to fix the vent on the roof but Ryan came and took video of what he could and set me up. Highly recommend!

Ryan was amazing! He gave me so much information about my dryer efficiency and the things that were affecting it. He showed me before pictures of what he was doing and the after pictures. He was very thorough with the work he did and I am very happy we asked home to come out. After all of the changes he mad, my drying times were cut in half if not more. On top of that he was professional and friendly. I highly recommend his services.

I had an excellent experience with Ryan, the owner of All Star Dryer Vent, for a dryer vent clean-out. From scheduling to completion, everything was smooth and professional. Ryan arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and showed me before-and-after photos of the vent — I was shocked at how much lint had built up!

Not only did they do a thorough job, but they were also respectful of my home, and cleaned up completely afterward. I noticed my dryer is working more efficiently now, and it feels great knowing there’s less fire risk.
