I called the number attached to Yelp several weeks ago to make an appointment, and I was directed to text another number to schedule the appointment which I did. I called the day prior to confirm the appointment. The appointment was not scheduled at all. Whoever answered was pretty unprofessional saying that he would try to squeeze me in for tomorrow but said bluntly “everybody is trying to get their fireplaces going,” implying they were too busy or over booked. If you want business, this is one way not to get business.
