Absolutely responsive and on time! Any time we had questions or changes that we wanted made, Frank responded to our needs immediately. We were on a timeline and it was completed exactly when they said it would be done! We are loving our outdoor kitchen and entertainment area and look forward to the many memories ahead! I could not have been more pleased with Jason Taylor and his team in replacing my back patio which included a completely new design and materials. At the outset, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do but Jason was extremely helpful in guiding me in all aspects of design and materials. Throughout the process he was very tolerant of my indecision and concerns and always led me in the right direction. His team was equally accommodating. Jason frequently spent time on site checking on the progress and discussing any concerns/issues with me and/or his team. I moved from initially being very nervous about the scope of the project and my choices to ending up very calm as the project progressed. We reside in Capital Village Community in Carson City.

This morning we discovered a gusher of water from a leak outside our residence coming from the exposed part of our sprinkler line at the Anti-Siphon valve. The top of the valve was missing, and water was gushing out. I stopped that by turning off the water at the main line next to the water meter.

Unbeknownst to us, our Sprinkler system water was NOT turned off even though we were on the list to have that done, thru our HOA. We did drain our lines downstream from the Anti-Siphon valve like we do every year.

We called our HOA for assistance and were advised to call Antonucci. We called and left a message. Within 30 minutes a service truck bearing the Antonucci name showed up at our front door.

A gentleman named Gordon, inspected the situation, and confirmed that the Anti-Siphon valve had indeed blown due to a freeze. But he couldn’t understand why the water was not tuned off. I explained that we were on the list to have it done when the sprinkler systems were turned off for the whole community. Gordon was able to confirm that from his data base.
Gordon had the most calming, “I’m here to help you”, demeaner and comportment. He explained that he had to get parts and that the problem would be fixed within the hour. And that’s exactly what Gordon did. He was back in about 15 minutes and proceeded to do the work and even made a remarkable redesign that would prevent this problem from ever happening again.

Gordon is a jewel in Antonucci Lawn and Garden Inc. Your organization should be extremely proud of this gentleman.

I always receive professional and courteous service and I can count on them for any unexpected events- fallen trees/crumbling rock walls/site inspections (the list goes on). They helped get my project through HOA approval, and were flexible as to project start date (given the need to secure approval from the HOA), finished the work quickly and efficiently, and were super-responsive to all follow up requests related to site cleanup, irrigation and lighting. Frank and the team were and remain great at what they do. Our yard went from scratch to complete quick, fast and with impeccable quality. I worked specifically with Juan and he was phenomenal to work with. Extremely responsive. They did an amazing job on our yard with mulch, lots of plants, drip, repair, and rock work. It was a pretty big job, and it only took them a couple of days. I would highly recommend using them.

I had a great experience with everyone at Antonucci and I’m so happy with my beautiful new landscaping! I’ll keep it short and sweet- got a lovely $9K+ quote for a flagstone patio and misc.
We are still realizing how different the work was from the quote… probably got about 1/3 to 1/4 of the value from what they produced.

Talking to greenhouse garden center and a few other places it seems like Antonucci is having to come back for “re-work” on a lot of projects so it’s not just us.

For example: On one particular part of our project , just a step from the grass up to a pathway we were told maybe 3 separate times on how they would find a nice solution for this step: using flagstone, some other stone, brick, or something nice as a solution. Frank Antonucci himself ran to Lowe’s grabbed a 2x6 and hap hazardly put it together without even working the dirt or searching our approval.

There’s about 10 other examples of the lack of care then went into this project.

They rightfully quoted 3 full days of labor and “finished” within 5 hours on the first day..

They had to come back and redo the entire project and to this day we still are reworking most of what they did ourselves.
