I contracted with this company to plow our driveway. There was a storm with snow. They charged me but NEVER SHOWED UP. Never answered the phone until snow was melted.
Skip this action lawn, don't hire them.

Terrible. Unprofessional. Demanding and bossy on the phone. Ali the receptionist needs better customer service skills. I would NEVER use their services due to this experience. I will spread the word about this awful experience on social media as well. When this complaint was escalated to the manager she was no better.

Saul was adamant that my whole system needed redone, wouldn't even discuss the valve repair I called about. Told me that my system could not have ever worked properly, and that the original installer had no idea what he was doing. All this without ever seeing the system that's been in excellent service for 27 years until one valve failed.

If their drivers are any indication of their work, do not use! I was going down Lymberry and they were at the Lakeside stop sign. I didnt have a stop sign, they did, which i assumed they knew since they had no problem with car in front of me going but then pulled right out in front of me, causing me to slam on the brakes. And best of all, when i honked at them, they honked angrily back. Like, damn, take responsibility for ur eff up, dont get angry at the guy you almost caused an accident with! AND you are in a vehicle with ur info plastered all over it? Not very bright.

Action lawn did an outstanding job with my back patio. I needed something nice and simple but I never thought it would look as great as it turned out! Great price as well, I highly recommend them!

2 weeks for an estimate meeting. 4 weeks no estimate. Tried emails
Tried calling. Said he would call back... Didn't say when... Still waiting. We wanted them to do our landscaping but they dont appear to want our business.

Sent an email to schedule to have someone come out to measure and to my surprise got back to me to schedule within that week which was nice.... but when the day came, a guy came out took a look at my back yard and asked if he could come back the next day to take the measurements (supposedly was double booked). Its been a couple of weeks now and have yet to see him come back or even have the company try to reschedule something.

Action Lawn and Landscape is the maintenance vendor for the large community I manage. Our property is unique with tons of xero-scaping and can be a challenge to maintain weeds, trimming and irrigation. Action Lawn and Landscape does a fantastic job maintaining the community and it extremely responsive to an issues or additional work that is needed. Action has completed in a timely and professional manner many projects with our paver walk-ways, removal of overgrown shrubs etc. Each member of the Action Lawn and Landscape team from the irrigation guys, management/ownership and project estimator are a pleasure to work with!

Would recommend Action Lawn & landscape company to any and all my neighbors and friends. Very satisfied with the outcome, price was acceptable, and work was very professional. Would use them in the future for any other landscape project.

First the good. Alejandra is fantastic (the office administrator). Now the bad. I paid roughly $150 in advance for them to come out and do a "one time cleanup" of a house I recently moved into. Evette came here, met with me, looked it over and provided the quote. I agreed and after the rains a week or so ago, their team came out (3 individuals). They were supposed to trim, clean and spray weed killer (front and back). When I was in the back yard with the lead of the team, I told him "oh and while you're trimming, if you want to get the stuff poking through the fence feel free to do so". The guy nodded. I also said "when you're done let me know and we can review things". So they were here for roughly an hour doing their thing -- and then bam - they just left without saying anything. I went outside and saw an entire area in the front wasn't blown or cleaned, and on the front side of the house there was still a lot of debris. They did trim the "mini jungle" I had on the rear side of the house, and they also trimmed the sage poking through the fence, but a ton of debris was left. I wanted to wait a few days to see if the green weeds were going to die (I didn’t know the extent of the spraying they did). I called and notified Evette, and she drove out here and agreed with me they didn’t clean up the front areas. But when she saw the debris from the trimmed sage that was poking through the fence, she said “oh they weren’t supposed to do that”. Well, it took them all of 3 minutes. I apologized and told her I didn’t mean to go beyond the order and if they did a fantastic job elsewhere I’d be OK paying a little extra; but the problem is they did a mediocre job at best (which she agreed with!). So she said she would send them back out “next week” (this was last week). Well, I called yesterday and Evette informed me “the owner” decided not to send them back out because they trimmed the sage and that wasn’t part of the deal (wholly ignoring the fact they didn’t even do the cleaning they were supposed to, which Evette even confirmed). We’re talking about something that probably took 3-4 minutes total (no joke). I told her I was very disappointed and asked if they would at least come back out and spray again since they missed a number of areas (I already have green popping up!). She said she would check with the owner and get back to me (yesterday). So here we are; no response, and in the end, it doesn’t really matter. They didn’t do a good job at all (cleaning up) and then made excuses as to why they weren’t going to come out and do the job they originally said they would. So, I recommend passing on this company. I certainly won’t use them again. Now I have to go out and get my own weed killer and spray down areas they missed and clean up the debris they left behind…

This is the second backyard job Action as done for us from retaining wall and concrete to more concrete, curbing, irrigation, drainage and GRASS. Both were done professionally and efficiently. Crews are great to work with and courteous; couldn't be happier with the completed job. Best part, no mud.

I called last week for a quote and the front desk girl was so polite and friendly. Definitely refreshing compared to other places I've called. I was transferred to a manager Evette and she was able to provide me a price for my rental property right over the phone. Saul has some great girls in the office there. Thank you ladies for the help!

Worst Landscaping company I have ever dealt with. Signed up for weekly mowing and an irrigation turn on for a rental property. It took
Over a week to get a call back. When they came out to perform the "Irrigation turn on" I got a call from the tennant stating they had no water in the house, so I had to go out and turn the house water back on. After 2 months of mowing I got an email from them stating that the grass was dry and I might want to check the watering time, at this point I found that they never even turned the sprinkler system on from the garage. Once that was done one of the main valves was broken no doubt due to their incompetence. They then refuses to pay for the $1000 repair to the broken irrigation valve after I left 3 message asking for a response over a 2 week period. Terrible company choose someone else.
