We are extremely disappointed in our experience with the company. We had our landscaping done a little over 2 years ago. The grass they installed was patchy and the ground uneven. They ended up coming out to relay the grass which helped with the patchy-ness but the ground underneath remains incredibly uneven. Part of our grass has died and it took us awhile to figure out the reason why is because the sprinklers do not reach that area at all. You can stand there and remain perfectly dry while the sprinklers are on.
The uneveness continues with the pavers we had installed, they very quickly started moving and are now so uneven that my toddler is constantly tripping over the parts that are sticking out above the others. It seems that not enough care was taken in laying a good foundation before installation. Mind you, the pavers were not cheap pavers.
Landscaping is not something you'd think you would have to redo every couple of years but you would think we had it done decades ago with the condition that it is in now. Please take more care in the foundations you are laying, I believe it was a very busy time and perhaps your team rushed the job, but we are paying the price now.

David and his team were fantastic. They all take a great amount of pride in their work. They helped us create a beautiful design and gave great input on the layout. Austin provided a lovely blueprint prior to the start of the project and took care of the HOA forms. David clearly takes a lot of pride in his work, he came to the site after hours to ensure everything was going as planned on multiple occasions. All the workers were very friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Overall I liked the work they did in the beginning. Then I discovered they damaged the irrigation in the front of the house and a few weeks later the lawn is dying due to inadequate irrigation in the backyard. At least a third of my lawn is dead and instead of fixing what they did in the front yard they crimped the water distribution line and covered it up. It was discovered whe my tree and plant was starving for water.

If only I could publish the photos and videos of the results of what I paid them for, it is sad. Hire at your own risk.

Got an estimate after a estimator visit and a few days later I confirmed via email I wanted the wok done and asked to be put on the schedule. After several weeks without response I wrote an email asking about dates for the work to be performed and was told I was on the schedule and it would be done in a couple of weeks.
Again no communication for weeks, so I called the estimator and then texted him. He responded by text and wrote tha the job was too small for them and they don't do maintenance. This was not maintenance work but replace/ rebuild DG, rocks and other various tasks to bring back and refresh (his words) the backyard. Also he never mentioned that before. Finally he wrote that he would refer me to someone else. This was almost three months from the initial contact.
I refused the referral and told them I would find someone on my own. He then told me they could still do the job but at this point I had lost all confidence that this was the right company for what I needed done.
