Reno Green has done an excellent job for Wingfield Springs HOA. they are professional and very responsive when there is an issue and quickly resolves any issues we may have. We receive compliments from homeowners all the time with the work they do in our community. We also use them to clear our vacant lots at the owners request and every year, they owners will ask if Reno Green can clear their lots again. I would definitely recommend Reno Green for any of your landscape needs.

This company is extremely unprofessional. If you are hiring for a business especially a residential one (ie apartments) they wilk be outside tenants window at 6:20am screaming in spanish over their equipment, and running lawn equipment before anyone is up. If you don’t believe me as anyone who lives at the boulders on summit ridge dr. Avoid this company if you want professional etiquette. Also i called immigration have a nice day.

This place cuts the lawn at my apartment complex. They do a horrible job. As most intelligent folks know, grassy hills can have uneven surfaces. This company gets on their little riding mower and doesn't care about the finished look of their work. There are large patches of long grass every week when they leave. By the time they come back the following week, some areas are about six inches long! They don't get out there with actual push mowers to make sure the grounds look nice. My son came to visit and we went outside to take his dog out. He said "they need to mow this lawn," I told him they were just there yesterday. He said, "wow they do a terrible job." I told him they are terrible and I would fire them if I could. Don't pay this company to do your lawn, it won't look nice at all!

Unfortunately and sadly this company takes care of our property where I live and they are horrible with their work! Called into their office on 8/15/23 to inform them that the work crew left the property without trimming the "overgrown bush" (see pics) that is obstructing my view out my window. The gal on the phone said she would inform a field supervisor about it, but here it is the next day and they could care less about it!! I don't appreciate every week when they leave that they make more of a mess on my porch from not properly using a leaf blower. And then when they mow the grass, they leave lines of tall grass throughout the lawn on the property. Also, workers need to keep their blowers off from resident's vehicles in the parking lots to avoid blowing debris onto them and damaging them! This company lacks work ethics, and workers who lack experience and pride in performing their job. These workers worry more about their "vanity" than their work ethics as one day I witnessed two of the workers doing a photo op in front of my window with this particular bush where they were having a good time taking pictures of one another with their equipment in their hands...Unbelievable! I do not recommend this company. Zero stars!

I'd give them 4.5 stars because of their delays and a bit of back-and-forth that frequently occur. Nonetheless, Kristi and Jeff have been helpful, and once they get going, their workers do a decent job.
