Sadly they do not take the care to watch out for vehicles and other peoples things. Fling mud and rocks all over our vehicles. They actually smashed a window with flinging pebbles and rocks and refuse to help because there is no video evidence. Sadly not a reputable company or willing to fix what they destroy. Will never recommend and will always choose someone else.

Ryan was super helpful and easy to work with. He really listened to what I wanted and gave great ideas for the space. Everything turned out exactly how I pictured it, and his crew did an awesome job keeping it all looking clean and maintained. Definitely recommend if you need landscaping done!

Working with Elena was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our outdoor space. From the start, she brought so much creativity, energy, and professionalism to the project. When you see all those yellow trucks around town and crews working , you might think that Reno Green strictly focuses on commercial properties. The Reno Green team has been working on my property for the past 5 years doing both maintenance and construction projects. They are quite responsive to my needs and do a great job.

Panther Valley park today, frozen grass, and the guy is still gonna mow it. I am certainly not an expert, I am pretty sure you should not mow grass that is frozen

Moving to the country on 41 acres in the desert came with its challenges, especially replacing over two acres of irrigation to keep everything alive. Elena, at Reno Green Landscaping was a lifesaver! She gave me a fair, competitive price, mapped out a clear plan, and explained every step in a way I could understand. Her communication was always on point, which was especially helpful with my busy lifestyle, and she even shared valuable tips about caring for my plants and trees. Without her help, this project would have been overwhelming, leaving everything dead. Highly recommend!

Looking at some ideas for our front yard, we were suggested to look up Ryan at Reno Green. Ryan came by to look at our yard and was very professional in his assessment and very thorough in what our options were. The ideas and prices we're looking at are competitive, his quotes were honest and straight forward. While we are still trying to decide whether or not we should move forward with the quote (we keep changing our minds on ideas), Ryan is the first person we are planning to contact.

Had an incident today at red hawk golf course, employees of Reno Green ( Daniel and Robert)were spraying something on the lawns by the street!
While Daniel was driving in the road,
Robert was trying to throw the hose over the vehicles parked on the side of the road as they proceeded striking my vehicle!
After voicing my extreme displeasure in their carelessness And lack of respect for anybody’s vehicle
Reaching for my phone, Robert did ask if I wanted him to come down and clean something off and I said no that’s OK!
Robert was on his phone with his supervisor (Santos.)
I asked him to stop by my house so we could talk about it.
Haven’t heard a thing
called the office in Reno left my name and number.
The secretary said that they were on a job walk and she’d have them call me still haven’t heard anything.
I see a lot of little crews out here left unsupervised
We had an incident with them working on Wingfield Springs Road where they were working on the sprinklers and one of them was sprayed into the street spraying peoples cars and they were all standing around laughing
They came through the other day, doing the aeration and destroyed some of their sprinklers in the process, but haven’t fixed them so when they come on, they’re spraying all over the place
rushing to get the job done With no regard to personal property
I will be bringing this matter up to the homeowners association

A team of specialists, Ted in planning and developing, Kristi in follow up and always available for any concerns and a hardworking crew, gave me an updated face lift to my yard without disturbing areas that were to remain. They even power washed my sidewalk, removing any signs that equipment had been there. Great job,,,,,,thank you!

I recently completed a full backyard renovation with Reno Green, and I couldn’t be more pleased. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kristi and the crew from Reno Green on our new build. Reno Green landscaped our front and back yard from scratch. Kristi is very knowledgeable and helpful and gave great suggestions on items we wanted to substitute. The staff is very hard working and detail oriented. Everyone was on-time and communication was fantastic. Kristi always followed up to make sure we were happy with the progress of the project. I would highly recommend Reno Green for any landscaping project. Looking forward to seeing it in full bloom!

Be advised Reno Rock adds a 3.9% charge if you use a debit card. This is actually an illegal charge. (See Durbin amendment of 2010). I called this out to the management and he said “see you in court”. I could file a complaint with the attorney general.

Omar and the team did a great job. We’re very efficient, and friendly, couldn’t ask for anything more, very happy with my results, looks beautiful!

Old school company, everything on paper etc... but they get the job done and provide great service

Good service and fast delivery. Good products too! The drivers are very good at what they do.

I purchased landscape rock that stated 2-4 inches. I got big ugly bolders and some as big as 10 inches. I went right to the office and brought some bigger ones with me. They said we will make it right. Expect a call later. A representative called me and said " you have to expect variability. We dont sit with a measuring tape on each one" . I stated tbere is nothing on your sheet that states expect twice the size from what we state. He said that is what you ordered. He hung up on me. My response is if that is what I ordered why would there be a disclosure expect double size variability? Why is the classiication of these size rocks nearly half of what I paid?
I now see there are several reviews from customers with the same complaint and horrible customer service!! I would never recommend Reno rock!! I am horribly disappointed in their customer service!!

Excellent experience with these guys. Service was prompt and they were very helpful with choosing the right rock. When loading my trailer, the tire blew out but they helped me get it taken care of. Above and beyond service.

Great selection of gravel. Fair prices. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They are also very careful when loading gravel into the back of your truck.
