Jose the sprinkler guy is awesome! He was quick, professional, kind and honest. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

These guys do good work but are a bit slow. I hired them for a small job and the finished product was good. I did find it frustrating that it took longer than I wanted it to.

I'd recommend them, Jose(the new guy) did a great job repairing my sprinkler system, explained everything to me as I am sprinkler dumb. Thank you for the service.

They will take your money, not show up for 2 weeks do half the job tell you they are coming back and never come back. They can't honor a contract and they can't do buisness.

Overall I was pleased with the outcome of my landscapeing, but prices are high and it dose take them quite a while to get started, for me it took four weeks and I had to call to pretty much remind them that I existed.

I had them come do my property and I have a crack underneath my fence and they blew it most into my neighbor's yard The company likes to under bid and then throw in extra prices I the middle of the job. And then at the end not even worth it

I watched these fellas from my office window. They did a great job trimming and cleaning up after themselves. They even blew off my car after blowing the debris off the bushes around my car. OUTSTANDING!! They didn't even know I was watching them. I would hire these guy's in a heartbeat.

Company did not back their work. Field workers did good work. Company charged me $100 to replace a $3 part that they replaced and disputed that that they did so. I won't them use again. If you use, take many photographs of work and keep old parts. Their warranty on irrigation stuff is 90 days, but it's not on their paperwork anywhere that I saw.

If it were possible, I'd give these guys negative stars. My experience started with a web form requesting service. When I contacted them & spent 10-15 min on the phone they realized I was in Carson City & directed me to call their CC office. When I did, I landed in a voicemail account stating their hours of operation...which I was clearly calling within. After several more attempts I was able to schedule a tech to come to my house to work on my sprinkler system. The day before the scheduled appointment I was contacted by the tech, "Will you be home in approx. 10 min.?" Umm, no you are a day ahead. He stated, ok & sorry. I'll see yu tomorrow. The next day, no one shows at the appt time. I place a call to the tech; get voicemail. Throughout the entire day I receive no call & they are a no show. But wait, it gets better....I got billed for their service & am currently waiting 7-10 days to get my money back from them.

Take it from me use some one, ANYONE else. Its businesses like this that give contractors & landscapers bad names!!

If you enjoy getting cut off in traffic and being accosted through a windshield, then this is the business for you. I can’t believe that someone with their company name printed on the side of their vehicle would behave this way. Because of this, I would never use nor recommend this company.

02/12/2020 -0735 hours, 385 just North of Reno metro.

They came out to turn on the water and check the sprinklers for the 3rd year in a row but said they couldn't get to the water valve (I haven't moved it). It's been 2 weeks since I called and no water on yet. I then get a call TODAY and say I need to prepay for services now. I ask why since I have always paid my bills monthly. She says I don't pay my bills on time. I say that I can go elsewhere and post my feelings on YELP and she tells me to hold on for her supervisor. So I wait on hold.................................................

Had a sprinkler issue, called to set a service call and paid $89 over the phone. The technician showed up, replaced the top portion of the valve, handed me a parts invoice for $32.17 and left after 20 minutes.
Then I received a bill for an additional $104.17.
After calling to question the bill, they stated the technician put down he was there for TWO HOURS. What crooks....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
