Reviews of local pros in Reno, Nevada

I would highly recommend this company. Bobby was very knowledgeable and gave me a plan to get rid of the aphids on my tree. Also called and asked if he could come early 👍

CAD does a great job. They have excellent service, friendly techs, and get rid of the bugs. Everything I want in a pest control service.

They've been doing our residence for years. Chris is awesome. Always calls when he's on his way, and always arives on time. Whenever I have questions he has knowledgeable answers. Thier prices are very reasonable too
Wouldn't call anyone else.

Honestly I will not recommended this company. I had them spray my house exterior for ants and the problem got worse. The ants got worse and after looking up the product info they used, really not an effective solution for long term mitigation and I had it sprayed only a week ago. There were new nests of ants right outside my house and the problem intensified. If I pay for a service, I’d hope it gets done right the first time.

Used the company I did last year and am confident, just like last year, my problem will be resolved. The money I spent with CAD is a loss.

My husband Bill Helm has been using Cad for almost 30 years! They are the best! Very dependable and do a fantastic job!

Bobby does a great job! Always friendly & on time. We use the pre-emergent and general pesticide. For our large area the cost is reasonable.

Definitely the best pest control business in Reno/Sparks, Carson city area by far! The most knowledgeable staff and super friendly professional service for sure. I would never ever even think of using another company period.

Bobby was so helpful and knowledgeable about not just pests but even little tips and tricks on home improvement. Extremely patient in answering my millions of questions I had as well. So glad CAD Pest Control is there to help me.

I have used this company for over 5 years. The 5 star rating is for Bobby who is THE BEST. He is professional, on time, works hard, is very informative and is the main reason I have been with this company for all of these years!!!

I've had an issue with elm seed bugs and black widows. I called CAD and they were out within days, and after about a week, no bugs at all! Their technician was friendly and very knowledgable and their office staff is efficient and super accommodating!

Wonderful experience. They arrived on time and were complete quickly. The cost was very reasonable. We used spraying service for the house and yard to remove box elder bugs and spiders.

We have used CAD pest control for years! Eddie does an amazing job and is very thorough. We’ve always been very happy with the service they provide.

I've been working with CAD pest control for two winter seasons now and they are so customer service driven. The office receptionist Melody is the sweetest and will work with you to find the earliest and most convenient time. Highly recommend!

Love this company! I have been going to them for years, for all my pest control needs! The staff is very friendly, and so are the prices! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I have a huge fear of ants and spiders, but since CAD has came to my home, i havent screamed once over those creepy crawlers! If you want it done right, CAD is where its at!

The ladies in the office and Mike are super friendly and helpful. Had Mike come in and spray for ants inside my home. When a new ant problem happened, I called and he was back to do it all over again.
Update: the ants will not stop coming in. I'm very upset that I spent so much for them to keep coming back. I'm pretty sure someone is wrong and the ants are under my house.
But Charlie is awesome and super helpful.

Eddy is awesome. He is always right on time. Calls when he is on his way. He is very nice, professional and does a great job. I highly recommend CAD and Eddy

We have been customers for a few years now. I love that CAD will come out without making me pay for a subscription. I am very happy with the spray repellant service and gopher removal service we have received. The technician is always on time.

These are the absolute nicest people and really care about their customers. They do a great job, are very considerate, have great prices and don’t try to charge you for things you don’t need. Wouldn’t even consider calling another company.

This company is great to work! They are EXTREMELY organized, keep us in the loop for all the expected services per appointment, and communicate in a timely and no fuss fashion. We highly recommend their services!!!

I highly recommend CAD Pest to everyone, commercial or business! Eddie is the best tech to work with, always makes sure his work is top notch and the best. He always comes in with a great attitude and ready to service our building. I love communicating with the office staff too, super sweet ladies! Shoutout to Sarah and Jen for always answering my emails and calls no matter what the issue is. This company rocks! :)

We have been using CAD Pest Control services for a few years. They come out every April and July to spray for ants. They are always on time, quick, responsive, professional, and provide a great service. This year we had an especially difficult type of ant problem and they came out several times until the problem was solved.

We would never use another pest control company. CAD is the best! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and effective pest service.
