Let me start of my saying how wonderful working with Simple Power Solar was. Our array was commissioned and turned on today and we have been exceedingly happy with every step of the process. The initial contact was quick and easy. We had a rep on site very quickly after our initial phone conversation . He was clear, knowledgeable and well informed about the regulatory requirements and limitations. He site review and resulting proposal was very detailed in both technical and financial respects. Once we'd agreed to move forward we got on their installation schedule. Their backlog meant it took longer to get started than I'd originally hoped but was not unreasonable and matched the expectations set in our original discussions. The installation went flawlessly. We have a concrete tile roof and this can be a problem. They used a fairly new installation method that is billed as both quicker to install, less likely to leak and less risk of damaging the roof. The crew (both Simple Power employees and a special rep from the manufacturer for the roof system) were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous the entire process. They were done on schedule with NO problems at all. The commissioning process (inspections, etc) went very smoothly with Simple Power handling the vast majority of the work. VERY PLEASED.

Everyone that worked on our install was phenomenal. They were attentive to our needs, quick to respond to questions, accommodating with change requests, and kept us informed every step of the way. Everyone was friendly and helpful (and great to our dogs who oversaw their work : ). Couldn't be happier!

Simple Solar did a great job installing panels on our home in North Lake Tahoe. The process was easy and transparent. It took a while to get everything completed due to delays on the utility company side, but the Simple Solar folks were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

Fabulous company and incredible staff!! First time buying solar and they made it an easy, smooth and personal experience. They took the time to educate me, discuss various options, even had one of their experts personally view my house to ensure I had the most cost efficient set up. I felt empowered and that I had choices. They then shepherded me through the entire process. They treated me like family and I couldn't be happier. Highly, highly recommend them.

I purchased a solar system from a national firm. This company was contracted by my original supplier to resolve start up issues and the did. Once they received the contract for the work they kept me informed. The Service rep Jon was well seasoned in this work. He was timely, polite and communicate exceptionally well. Because of Him I have now made Simple Power Solar my local agent and will be using them if as non warranty items arrive.
