Friendly and helpful. Selection was a bit limited for my particular purposes, but the things they stock are high quality.

Don’t try to walk in and expect any kind of intelligence or assistance from the counter staff. If you don’t know exactly what you need by part number or SKU they will look at you cross eyed.

Counter guys are helpful, but the office sales people have consistently made errors on our orders, not been helpful in obtaining cutsheets or products, and generally don't see any effort.

Given the run around when trying to reclaim an extra $300 spending charge 4 days later. Different stories from each person on the phone. Good faith, not so much.

If you're expecting them to answer any questions, go elsewhere. I went in there with the CP0001M standards sheet from NV energy, standard stuff for a house build. Not being an electrician, I figured the experts at graybar would point me in the right direction. After all, I was referred here by a lineman for NV energy. Oh boy was I wrong. Whoever I was talking with said unless I've got part numbers, he can't help, and turned to the next customer. This graybar employee either had no idea what graybar sells, or had such contempt for me that he wouldn't even act like he knew what was on the CP0001M sheet in front of him.

Great people, great environment and great service. Easy in, easy out. 8a apps. arrived early at 7:15a and was departing by 8a. Thank you to the Graybar shipping/receiving department.

Great Experience

Dan and Vincent were very professional and did extremely good work.

Really bad experience with this business.. I called to give an estimate on one of my rentals and they just got there and tell the tenants they had a work approval and start working, when hey call back they already have me a 500.00 dollars bill with out telling me first if I accept the job or not. I am trying to report them to the contractors board but they don't even appear on the contractors list... Don't ever hire this guy or company they are the worst company I ever called...

Dan did a great job installing a chandelier in a 20 foot ceiling. He was so professional .
Would refer him for any job that needs to be done.

Dan is knowledgeable and hard working. He ran into a problem with access through our attic and worked way overtime to get the job done right. Highly recommend.
