Electrical reviews in Sparks, Nevada

Great job Ben. Thanks for coming out and putting in the recessed lights and fixing the wire. Great, quality work. Cheers!

10/10 experience. Reasonable pricing, effective communication, professional install. Simple.

This is the second time I've had New Phase Electric come out to install upgraded outlets for my EV charging needs and it's always a great experience! Ben is responsive, quick to schedule, and efficient. Will definitely continue to use for future needs and highly recommend to others.

We had New Phase install some light fixtures in our 20’ ceilings. They did a great job, were highly professional and efficient.

Ben has installed a level 2 EV charging port for us, he is very professional, from quoting process to the installation. He gave us a good suggestion that no need to purchase unnecessary part based on what we have to save our money. He even works at weekend to meet our request. Great service and competitive pricing. He is an excellent technician and I would recommend New Phase Electric to anyone in Reno.

New Phase Electric aka "Ben" is absolutely LEGIT. He recently installed a 240v outlet in my garage for our newly purchased EV. Price, I felt was more than fair for the quality workmanship and knowledge that the job would be done 100% correctly with no short cuts!
Honestly, it's been along time since I've met someone so professional, knowledgable, personable and meticulous as Ben. He takes pride in his work and the finished product reflects that. I'm that impressed with his work that he has earned a customer for life! Big Thanks Ben!

First off this review should have happened 4 months ago. Wow, this company is just awesome. I don't have a Tesla, but I do have a new hot tub for my backyard that needed a 220 hardwire hook up. My house is built on a hill, so installing a 220 is NOT the easiest job out there. You will need to bring the line down a hill, across the concrete back patio to the hot tub. This company is very professional, on time, and the quality of work is superb. Knowing that I hired this company gives me the peace of mind that all work was performed right. New Phase Electric will be the only electrical company I will ever use. I just hope Ben and the other employees will forgive me for my delayed review.

New Phase Electric recently handled some electrical work at our home in Sparks. Ben provided a very reasonable written estimate, performed the work professionally and left no trace during the cleanup. He was polite and professional. He will now be my first call for all things electrical. Call him first if you are adding a charging station for your electric vehicle.

Ben is very honest and a great worker. I can't say enough to praise him. Keep up the great work you are doing, Ben. Thank yiu for everything.

Ben did our hot tub electrical installation and was a pleasure to work with. New Phase offered competitive pricing and were professional from start to finish.

Excellent work. I’ve used New Phase for EV installs at two different houses. Each time the work was professionally done, right on schedule, and competitively priced.

Ben from New Phase just installed my emporia EV charger and it’s fantastic! He is personable and professional and his quote was very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. I highly recommend him and his company for EV chargers or any other electric work.

New Phase has done several jobs for us. They show up on time and are friendly and professional. The work is excellent and the charge is always very reasonable. Highly recommend them!

Ben recently did a job for me. I was very pleased with his work, and am planning to ask him to install an EV charger for me. Ben is a very pleasant guy, with a great attitude toward his job, which is a big deal for me to decide who to work with. I highly recommend him.

Ben did a great job on an installation of a new 240v circuit/breaker for a hot tub installation. He did a great job. Very knowledgable, creative and experienced. He did a very clean job and made sure I was totally satisfied. PLUS at a fair price, less than half of another bid I received!! I would highly recommend New Phase Electric!!

New Phase Electric is the company to call if you need a new EV charger installed or for any electrical needs. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a Tesla and needed someone to install the Tesla wall charger. Based on other reviews, I chose New Phase Electric, and am very glad I did. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything worked smoothly. Ben is great at communicating, so I was always aware of the schedule etc. His prices were very reasonable, and way less than other quotes I had received. He completed the job within a couple of days of me first contacting him, and the installation is first rate. He took the time to run the power cable behind the drywall, so there are no messy wires on our garage wall.

As a bonus, he identified a potentially dangerous problem with my sub panel (one wire was loose and had obviously arced and had heat damage) and fixed that within the original price quote.

It's always nice to run across a contractor who is great at communicating, has very reasonable prices, and does great work. Ben at New Phase Electric is one such contractor. I would highly recommend New Phase for anyone who needs an EV wall charger installed.

Ben did a fantastic job with the wiring for my EV. Perfectly on time and the results were exactly as expected. The price was fair and just. I give NPE my highest recommendation!

We impulsively bought a Tesla a week back, and ordered the wall-charger. I got a fast quote from New Phase that evening, and it was installed a day after taking delivery of our new ride. Great installation (quick), and looks like the house came with it. Appreciate the fast quote, scheduling and execution. Highly recommended.

After interviewing several electricians to install the Level 2 wiring and EV charger for my 2024 Nissan Leaf SV Plus in my home garage, I hired Ben Thornton of New Phase Electric Company. This was a fortunate choice as Ben is a knowledgeable and pleasant person to deal with, punctual and respectful of my time . He patiently answered all my questions regarding the install, made recommendations regarding the selection of a charger (Emporia Classic Hard-Wired version), and handled the permit and county inspection procedure. The install went very well and I am very happy with the way it all went. I highly recommend Ben and his company for electrical work.

Ben gladly engaged with my technical questions about the install of my Tesla Universal Charger. Definitely recommend New Phase Electric!
