Great customer service. when i made the initial phone call, it was 100% great customer service too. Tony was her name. the guys were nice and they worked fast. the carpet looks good but the couch could have a little more attention to detail. just two cushions could have been gone over a little better. its an old couch, its weird material, but i could scrape off whatever was there with my finger. But yes, overall, great company and I WOULD REFER YOU.

It feels like family coming into your house to help you out. This company, from the phone receptionists to the crew that shows up. Polite and Pleasant are the words that come to mind. They take great care to hear your concerns and then guide you to the perfect package. They take care to place bumpers on all corners of walls and the rest is just a wonderful experience. My carpets look like new. I love this company!

We booked this company after a negative experience with another company and were thoroughly impressed! They give you a 2 hour appointment window, but still showed up on time at 8am.

The tech was sociable and friendly, the carpets and couch look great. We would definitely use them again!

New Sunrise did a great job stretching my carpet and cleaning it. Cody and Travis took time and care to make sure they did a thorough job. My carpet was not easy to stretch due to the thick backing on it. They got a power stretcher and got it done and didn't charge me a cent over the quoted price. They even stretched the carpet on my stairs and included it in the hallway quote while Evergreen Carpet wanted $70 a step and didn't even show up when they were supposed to. Sunrise sends clear communications and courtesy texts with pictures of the service employee before arriving and they were always on time and arrived on the earlier end of their time window. I did have a small issue with an area after the initial service and they came out and made it right. Customer service was helpful and they see the job through to the end. Pricing is fair and service is outstanding! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of carpet care

New Sun Rise is awesome. They did a great job cleaning our floors -- tile and grout. Looks brand new. We contacted them and within 2 days we had clean floors. Real fair pricing and their team is so friendly. Will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Branden and Israel are nice guys, but the grout job did not turn out good. Grout is missing in several areas. Couldn’t tell when it was wet. But now it’s obvious.
Update: Sal came and made it right. Looks great now.

I am very surprised at all these great reviews. My carpets look fine, because they never looked bad to begin with. But they were not cleaned.

First, I called to make an appointment. They actually had same day availability, and I picked their later time slot which was 2pm on a Friday.

The driver called me and asked if I’d be open to an earlier option (which I didn’t mind him asking me).
But when I told him I couldn’t do the earlier option because I wouldn’t be home, he told me 2pm was too late for them. I decided to cancel because i felt that was shady that they had an opening but they were saying it was too late for them. I wish I left it at that because I feel like I wasted my money.

The owner called me back to ask if everything was okay after I canceled and offered me a discount if I rescheduled so I did. Thought I’d give them a chance since he took the time to reach out.

They showed up during their time slot and they were pleasant and nice. I had 4 bedrooms and did a basic clean (cheapest option) because I don’t have stains or odors. I just wanted them clean because my baby is about to start crawling. I was shocked when they were in and out in 20 minutes because that’s about how long it takes me just to vacuum my rooms. Even though I did a basic clean, shouldn’t all the stuff my regular vacuum can pick up be picked up and a little bit more since this is a “carpet cleaning”.

As soon as the carpets were dry, I decided to vacuum just to see what my vacuum would pick up because I did not get that “happy clean feeling”. One room filled up my vacuum With dirt and pet hair. I don’t know what happened, either their machine is broken or they don’t do a good job. But my carpets were left wet for no reason because they weren’t cleaned.
I would leave a picture of what I emptied out of my vacuum in just one room but it isn’t giving me the option.

I am disappointed because I wanted them to be cleaned before my baby started crawling.

The experience was out standing and professional fast and efficient super great job will recommend their business to everyone I know.

They showed up on time. Did a great of getting grease spots out and cleaning the carpet and if there was any hard spots they gave it extra attention. They got as much water out of the carpet and told it would take 4 to 6 hours to dry. When we came ho me the carpet looked awesome.

They did a good job and I would recommend them. I didn’t give them 5 stars because I had to call them back out for the grout cleaning, they had missed a few spots. Overall good job and they were flawless on the carpet cleaning!

Cody was very professional, hard working, and fast but with keeping quality first. Cody was informative and explained the entire process. It's hard to find people these days that love what they do, have a passion for it, and deliver excellent customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for their services. The company scheduled me the same day I called after two other companies canceled my appointment. It's convenient they have their own water and you don't have to worry about giving them a water source to hook up to. Very satisfied customer and I'll be calling them again. I give them 15 stars. 5 stars for the 3 areas they cleaned.

The crew was on time, efficient, knowledgeable about the services provided and respectful of property. Branden was more than willing to answer any questions I had. Prices were fair and they run specials often. I’ll be using Sunrise again and recommending them to others.

What a great experience, they were very professional and hard working. My carpet looks amazing for it's age. I didn't think most spots and stains would come out. I'm impressed.

Update on second visit. Mia reached out and rescheduled another crew lead by Cody to come back. The preformed the job quickly and we’re professionals. Unfortunate that another had to complete the job, and it had to be rescheduled. Just read carefully what you are contracting and paying for.
The carpets cleaning is satisfactory.

First time using this company. They didn’t go over the service offered in the special. This resulted in me paying $60 for spot treatment. That’s ok. I understand. But after they were finished I asked if the bed (on wheels). Was rolled over and cleaned under. I was told that they would need those instructions before starting the clean. So $89 special for two rooms. Up charge $60. And told it was my fault for not telling them, to move the bed. Also left a trail of water spots as they walked out. I was not happy and cleaned that up myself although it was offered after the payment was collected.
The job lasted 30 minutes. Not the least expensive with the special but not quality either.
