Recently purchased a home with a Legends Landscaping installed irrigation system (as well as full landscaping). Refused to work on a damaged irrigation line and claim they shredded all plans for the system. Despite being a prior customer and providing them business, they refuse work on their own installed system. I would think a business would want to keep their previous customers happy by maintaining their previous work. Not today. If you want service after the installation, don't count on Legends Landscaping.

We just had Legends do a pretty big job for us. Full backyard, side yard/driveway with some concrete and some finishing touches in our front yard. Blown away by how pretty it looks! The backyard was lots of pavers on a raised patio, a firepit with curved bench, a curvy soldier course around the sod area and lots of plants/trees. We could not be happier. Everyone we worked with was super professional and Craig really listened to what we wanted. Even better, he was not shy about sharing his expertise. We initially wanted to put the fire pit out in the corner of the yard. He suggested we not do that, and to keep it closer to the main patio area, for a bunch of really valid reasons that we had not even considered. SO GLAD we listened to him! We would not have used it half as much if we put it that far out there. Shane was onsite everyday to manage everything and he was equally as wonderful. The gentleman that did the work were so nice, respectful of property and did an amazing job. Tony, the concrete guy was fantastic as well. They guarantee their work and the quality shows. Highly recommend!

From start to finish the team at Legends met the mark on everything from the initial visit to the beautiful rendering to working with my HOA everything was professional and considerate. We removed our front lawn and were very happy with the xeriscape design we're glad we went that direction. Once the work started the team that worked for over a week to tear down old shrubs, plant the many trees and bushes to the installation of the side walk pavers did a great job and were respectful of our property as well as our neighbors ensuring they left a great impression. I love working with Lacey, Joel, and the crew. This was my 2nd project with them. Lacey listened to my requests and offered suggestions to make sure I was happy with the outcome. She was very helpful to find alternatives so I could stay on budget. The crew arrived on time and were friendly and tidy. I highly recommend them for any landscaping project.

I had the pleasure of working with Legends Landscaping recently. I brought designs to them and, as this was my first backyard with nothing in it, they were very understanding and patient with all my questions. From the get-go, they were upfront about costs and timing, and they actually got the whole job done early! I am so pleased with their work, I love my backyard now, and so does my dog. Ok, so I'm not sure what company the bad reviewers were dealing with but they are all 2-4 years ago so they carry no weight with me- especially the one complaining about the fuel pump! What was he reviewing??? As with all the other 4 and 5 star reviews our experience with Legends was outstanding. From the first contact with Craig to the completion with Joel, Benjamin and his crew the process went smoothly and project completed ahead of the original timeline. Everything was done as I requested and the yard looks great! No problem recommending them to others.

Our experience with Legends Landscaping was a delight from beginning to end. We can't recommend this company enough! When I called for an estimate Lacey came out and LISTENED carefully to everything I was concerned about and wanted changed. Her plan reflected it all and she had some fantastic ideas to add which really helped us in making our decision to hire them. Although we had to wait a while due to prior bookings, it was well worth the wait. Once the crew started it was not only exciting to visualize the work-in-progress, but it was utterly delightful to work with Joel and the team. They were so courteous and respectful of us and our property and REALLY cared about pleasing us. They worked so hard to do the job RIGHT! We highly recommend this company, Lacey, Joel and his team. Legends Landscaping has made me very happy with the planning, design and installation of my low maintenance back yard. They were referred to me by a very close friend so I was aware of their professionalism from her. Lacey listened to what was important to me and promptly offered a design that matched my thoughts. This included plants, pavers, stepping stones, synthetic turf, and rock. The crew, Joel, Jimmy, and Benjamin were helpful, and professional with the installation modifications that I needed. I would recommend them as a landscaping company that provides proper installation, cleanliness during the job, courteous service, and attention to customer satisfaction.

This will be the second time that the amazing team at Legends has done the maintenance on my yard (general yard clean up) and it is always immaculate, no leaf left on the ground all the weeds pulled and every bush trimmed to perfection. I am always impressed. Well worth it! My yard is not an easy yard to service either. Call them now for your spring yard clean up!

Legends Landscaping recently installed a paver walkway in our backyard to match an existing paver patio. The sidewalk tied into the existing paver patio on one end and a concrete patio on the other. There was a 90 degree turn around our AC unit and they did a very nice job with the arc. They worked quickly and were in and out in less than 2 days.

This is the 3rd time we've used Legends for paver work and they never disappoint. We are so comfortable with their skills and abilities that we don't even get bids from anyone else on pavers, we simply call them.

Existing landscape rejuvenation, that is what Legends called it & it was exactly what my backyard needed. Lacey made it simple, take this out, add this & more. Swaying grasses, colorful plants & a big beautiful Leland Cypress & all low maintenance. Brett & the workers did a great job & all in one day. It is beautiful! I am very pleased with look. We contracted with Legends Landscaping to design and install an elaborate Xeriscaping of our front yard in South Reno. From beginning to end their work was outstanding: Lacey created an excellent design, including numerous plants, shrubs and boulders + a reasonable cost estimate. The renderings for the project were very helpful.
Joel , the Superintendent, and his 3 man crew met with us to work out details of the design and the installation process. He answered all of our questions and was very professional and personable.
The crew, led by Edvardo, was superb- they worked hard and smart for four days, made good suggestions about plant, shrub and tree placement and were responsive to our suggestions.
Quality design, work and materials do cost a bit extra. Every $ we paid to Legends was well spent. We would highly recommend Legends for all types of landscaping projects and plan to use them again for projects on our property.

Craig - the architect, and Joel, the project manager were both exceptionally professional and helpful in getting our water feature designed and built. We LOVE it so much!!
Joel has gone above and beyond by assisting us in trouble-shooting and replacing a leaking part, even though it was not covered under the warranty. He takes pride in his work, and Legends is lucky to have him on their team!

We feel so fortunate that we went with Legends for our landscaping design and installation. They worked closely with us as we clarified our initial vision and then fine tuned the details. Management was knowledgable and helpful from start to finish. Their crew was reliable, friendly and hard-working, and they did an amazing job on our back yard. Brett and his team did an amazing job! They were willing to go the extra mile for us. Our backyard was looking pretty grim and was not good for hosting. Now our kids can play and have an amazing time back there.

Legends Landscaping is a five-star firm based on the successful planning, design and construction services they provided for the modification to our existing landscape. The scope of their work included installation of new shrubs, tree, and turf in rocked area, as well as addressing landscape from re-location of a fence. Lacey (Designer/Estimator) and Joel (Field Superintendent) are experienced landscape professionals and provided excellent advice during design and field installation. They were very accommodating to assist with adding scope when several existing plantings died after the initial contract was agreed to, but before they had initiated construction. The construction site was always well organized, providing a clean and safe working environment for their crew. Most importantly, they both paid careful attention to detail in selection of plants, planting layout, installation of irrigation system. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product. Legends Landscaping checked every box for a great product, delivering a quality project on time, on budget that met the contracted scope.

From conceptual planning with Craig to the install completion, Legend’s was on top of their game! Job supervisor, Joel, and his crew were timely, respectful, hard-working, responsive, and never without a smile on their face. They do quality work. QUALITY! From paver install to irrigation to the water feature and lights. It was everything we could have wanted. Legends Landscaping did a phenomenal job on my pavers in my front and backyard! Working with Craig Stolo, residential designer from beginning to end was smooth and easy. He was friendly and professional every time we met. Brett Edmunds, residential superintendent and his paver crew are hard workers who arrived on time every morning, they were professional and friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning up before they left every night. Overall my experience with Legends Landscaping was impeccable! I love the way my front and backyard look. After seeing the landscaping work done by Legends Landscaping at another home in my neighborhood, I contacted Lacey Russell from Legends to design and quote a similar project at my home. Lacey was responsive and created a wonderful design and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work to be done. Joel, the supervisor for Legends, and Lacey did a walkthrough of the project and verified the design elements with me prior to starting. The project took about 8 days to complete and it's exactly what was promised. The crew was very prompt and polite and took care to keep the property neat and clean.
