I saw the amazing work Tailored Lawn Care did on my neighbors yard last summer and hired them to do ours this spring. They were prompt and professional and our yard looks amazing. We still have a few projects we want done that I will be rehiring them for!

David was right on time, very nice and courteous. He was very efficient, completed the repair promptly and cleaned up nicely. I would like David again whenever I need another sprinkler service from Tailored Lawn Care.

The driveway and sidewalks were perfect. It’s too bad the snow was so heavy and wet. Can I ask a favor? Please snow blow all of the snow onto my lawn. There are shrubs on my neighbors’ property (to the left of my house as you are facing the house) that get crunched under the weight of the snow. Thank you.

Company was very responsive. Tech David was amazing. Took a very complicated issue with my system and figured it out and saved me hours of labor and money and found a solution. Very impressed with them. I will definitely use them again with my neverending irrigation issues with my old system.

I have nothing but good things to say about all tge employees who have worked for us from TLC. We needed both tree/shrub trimming and rock work and one crew did it all for us. The estimator was friendly, quick to reply and thorough in giving the crew directions. Quotes were reasonable. We look forward to having more work done by TLC.

Your employees did a great job aerating our yard and cleaning up after they were done.

Very disorganized, they told me they came over and detached and fertilize my lawn and called to get a credit card to charge me, when I reviewed my cameras they had never been to my house. They said they did someone else’s house instead by mistake, and also said because they were done with the machine for detaching that I would have to pay the rental fee for the machine. Very disorganized company. In my opinion, if the company messes up and does a service on the wrong house, the company should have to pay the rental fee for a machine. Has a small business owner in Reno I’m very disappointed with the service at Talor lawn care.

I have used TLC for years. They are excellent.

Very reliable, professional, and high quality services. We worked with them for regular mows as well as pruning and major cleanups. They always did a fantastic job. Unfortunately we moved away so we can’t work with them anymore.

Christian and River were really friendly and professional, and busted their butts clearing out 2-3 years of accumulated leaves and needles from my yard. Jakob who originally came and gave me a quote was also really cool and laid back. Will definitely use Tailored Lawn Care for future yard work and projects!

Do not call these guys foe sprinkler maintenance or trouble shooting.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called them out to trouble shoot a leaking sprinkler. They "fixed it" but now I've been down a nightmare wormhole of problems. First, the sprinklers weren't coming on but the valve box was it's own sprinkler system flooding the box. They came back out to "fix it" again, only for the backyard to come on each time anytime another zone went on (so backyard =21 minutes, other 2 zones 7 minutes each). They came back out again, said there was nothing wrong with it. Then, I'm out of town one day and the system come on at 7am, all 3 zones ran till 3pm when my neighbor jumped my fence to turn it off at the master valve. I called, and they came out again...4th time now....only to get a curt phone call saying there's nothing wrong with the system and if I want them to come out again I'll have to schedule a regular appointment and pay another invoice for a service call. So much for warranty on the work. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap work = cheap work

Well, I had a friend come over who is rather handy, he took one look at the valve box and said the zone one valve was installed wrong and it wasn't closing when the other zones went on. This was the zone valve they messed with in the first place.

So, long story short. My sprinklers worked BEFORE they came out, and now they don't work as scheduled and I have to turn the main valve on and off each time I want to run my sprinklers.

Such a thorough fall cleanup! David and his crew did an excellent job with great attention to details. Our yard looks SO good! We always appreciate the work ethic and communication provided by Tailored Lawn Care.

Gabriel and his coworker quickly fixed the leak in our sprinkler system. There were a number of tree roots that they needed to cut away to get to the sprinkler line. Everything is in working order and I was happy with their work.

I've been working with Tailored Lawn Care now for a few months, and the work that they're doing is just great! Brett, Kara, Gabriel, and the whole crew are very customer-centric and quality-oriented. They're all great listeners; and they are disciplined about meeting expectations with appointments, quotations, and service dates. Even payment is convenient through their customer portal. I'm very pleased with the advice and service that the team at Tailored Lawn Care is providing me!

The guys did a fantastic job planting 5 Arborvitaes during a particularly cold and snowy day! They never gave up and finished the job!! We've used Tailored Lawn Care for several jobs even a complete front yard conversation from grass. They are always great! Highly recommend.
