Wow. Wow. Wow. I am so impressed with the service we received from Josh. We had a laundry list of items we saw as problems. When Josh arrived, he addressed them one at a time. As it turned out only one of the items was truly a problem which he expertly solved. Josh listened and assessed the issues without trying to sell us something we didn’t need. He could have taken advantage of our concerns but it’s obvious that “up-selling” us never even occurred to him. Honest, customer focused, and really good at his craft, I feel like Josh is a true partner in the maintenance of our home. And did I mention honest?! So rare these days. Thank you Josh and Van Allen Plumbing. We’re customers for life!!

Alex was very courteous, professional and accommodating with our water heater project. Our water heater started leaking last week. We contacted AHS since we had a replacement plan with them. After AHS contacted Van Allen Plumbing Alex took it over from there and contacted me right away to set up the appointment for replacement of the unit. From the time I contacted AHS to the completion of the job it took less than 3 working days. They also brought the entire unit and installation up to code.
I would highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone.

This is a great plumber. I called them on a Saturday morning with our water heater out. They were able to send someone out within two hours and did a fantastic job of replacing our heater and correcting some other plumbing issues that were existing. shout out to Gabe, he was really quick and efficient and his work is excellent

Called out after water heater blew. Our walls were removed from the damage and could see into the garage. They installed the water heater incorrectly with the ventilation hosing just dropped onto the floor causing toxic fumes to pour out and leak into our home for almost two weeks. My wife and I had massive headaches, lethargy, and felt awful from the fumes pouring in. It wasn’t until a rebuild contractor came over and pointed out the incorrect installation and told us toxic fumes were pouring into the house that we realized why we were feeling terrible and called. The owner should have fully comped the water heater due to this drastic of a safety issue. We could have died in our sleep if the contractor hadn’t pointed it out. Owner only gave us $1500 off. Never going with them ever again for anything plumbing related.
