they were promptly on time, scoped out the job, advised what was needed and costs. they ran a dedicated line from plumbing to the new refrigerator, maintaining our request for no plastic hosing. they were done on time and a cost that meeted expectations

Everything was great from the initial contact. Van Allen Plumbing was able to schedule a next-day appointment, which worked perfectly for me. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. He was able to address my problem within the hour. The rate charged was very reasonable. The short story is this company fixed my plumbing issue quickly, in the range of the estimate, and got the city off my back. The long story is they kept me updated regularly, showed up and progressed as stated, provided benchmarks to the city on correction and remediation, and handled the work and business honestly and with integrity. I would recommend Wallace and Roman without reservation. Great guys, great company, great work.

Van Allen Plumbing saved me. I had a sudden leak in the middle of a home renovation project and new floors going in. Roman was able to get somebody to my house within two hours. Also allowing me to make my daughter’s first basketball game this season. Needless to say any leak with new floors going in is extremely stressful and concerning Gabe showed up who was the service tech assigned. He was incredibly professional and ready to get to work. He was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

I’m genuinely grateful for their team, the amount of compassion Roman had for me making my daughter’s first game and how important that was to me. Along with how much stress I was under to get this leak fixed was remarkable. What an asset to our community .

Van allen plumbing did a wonderful job installing a new water heater in my home. All of the workers were extremely professional, efficient, and kind. Everything looks and works great. Roman was wonderful with scheduling asap and making sure everything ran smoothly.

We connected with this company through our home warranty - to be honest, because of past experiences with vendors through our home warranty, I had very low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered they had a good BBB rating and online reviews. From our phone/text conversations to our in person interactions, I was impressed and thankful to have the experience of replacing our water heater be fairly seemless.

Old school excellent customer service! I needed a new hot water heater ASAP. From the time I called, to the completed install was only 3 hours. He took care of all the warranty paper work and hauled off the old unit. He swept up the small amount of mess and even used his own trash can that he brought to throw away the trash. 5 stars!

I have AHS and called Van Allen to schedule because AHS had given them the wrong phone #. They scheduled a technician same day and immediately. He arrived within the hour, fixed within 20-30 minutes (leaking bath tub faucet) AND helped me fix a kitchen sink issue. Super quick, efficient, helpful and immediate peace of mind. Great experience.

They covered a shower valve replacement and a hot water heater replacement through our warranty company and did a hack job with both. Due to the shower floor also needing to be redone at this time, we were unable to use the shower valve they installed until three months after install. When we finally had the chance to use/test it we found that they installed the shower valve with hot and cold on the wrong sides and after turning the water on and then off, it continued to drip. They also stripped the shower valve handle screw on install. You would think they would have tested their own install for quality of work using a bucket to catch the water or something along those lines seeing as how they're supposed to be professional plumbers, but of course no they didn't. Because warranty was now expired they came back out as a "courtesy" and fixed the hot and cold being on the wrong sides, but left the drip and the stripped screw. I called back the same week of the second visit to let them know they still hadn't fixed the issue so they could stand by their work and correct it and now they tell me they will charge to fix it at this point. Strange because they never fixed it the first two visits. The hot water heater was a huge hassle as well. They kept delaying the install which took over a week to finally receive. Typically a hot water heater is an emergency replacement, but it was not treated as such with this company. I had to call the front office manager and tell her the warranty company was still waiting to hear from their adjuster and she argued with me for two days about it and finally reached out to their adjuster and found out that he was on vacation which is why he was not responding to the warranty company. They finally installed the water heater with a huge dent in it and they say it's fine and won't replace it either. Very disappointed in this companies unprofessional approach.

Van Allen Plumbing was referred by our Home Warranty policy and did a good job with the exception of an additional $300. charge because we are in Carson City, which should have been evident given our zip code. Their original quote was $2200. Other than that we were happy with their service.

The nicest guy ever Josh… Thoroughly knowledgeable, friendly, took his shoes off, explain the job to me and I was thankful for that. And was very prompt and finishing the job. Thankful….I have American Home shield insurance.
