I left a message on a Sunday and received a quick call back on Monday morning. He was extremely helpful in talking through the problem with my washer and dryer over the phone. Matt is Awesome!!! My dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes so I called and Matt walked me through the problem without having to come out. He could have come out and charged me, I'm so appreciative that his advice was able to fix the problem. I've used them before for a refrigerator repair and liked them!
Oven stopped working; but burners on top worked. Had a first company come out and they "repaired" the problem, a week or so later the oven stopped working again. Had the company come back out, and they said I needed a whole new brain/board for the stove. I called Matt to get a second opinion; told him the situation. He was up front, said could be a shorted wire or the board needs to be replaced, but will not know until he investigates. He provided me worst case pricing, which I appreciated. When he came out, he found the problem and handled it right there. No new board needed. The previous company would have charged me over double what I paid. I am SO thankful to this company saving me money, especially during these uncertain times!

Affliiated is absolutely the best appliance repair Company I have worked with. Matt was responsive to my original call, we communicated for the first day about the problem with my washer. He came to my house the next day and quickly determined the cause of the problem, looked up the repair part and gave me a quote. Matt has the disposition of a scientist, very knowledgeable, confident and always describing what he is testing for and the results. Very calm, confident man, he is the best. The problem was resolved within 30 mins. and his bill was vert reasonable. This was the best experience with a repair professional I have ever had.
Matt is a dedicated professional. He has very reasonable pricing, responds quickly to text messages, and maintains an honest approach to customer service. He dedicated his own time to help resolve an issue for me over the phone. He truly puts the needs of the customer first and does not try to trick you into wasting money.
