Bob! He is great professionally and personally. We had Mr. Appliance fix our Samsung fridge (ice maker) and Bob and his team were great communicators, showed up on time, and followed up with a solution in a timely manner. Should something break again, we will definitely use them again.

Mr Appliance was a pleasure to deal with, every employee was efficient and pleasant. Service was on time and my service man Zac was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!

He was pleasant and explained everything he was doing and why— if there is an employee on the year bonus Zac deserves it!

Made an on line appointment…but they contacted me via email with an earlier time. Technician arrived on time…was knowledgeable and troubleshot the problem quickly. The needed part came in 2 days but could not be retrofitted into our fridge…which the technician warned us might happen at the first visit. Price was reasonable and only for initial visit - not for the unusable part.

Using Mr Appliance was a great choice. Easy to book an appointment. Office was very professional and we received lots of updates on appointment. Zach was great. Very professional. Explained the issue and fixed it quickly. Would definitely use Mr Appliance again.

Haven't had an appliance repair since moving to New Hampshire many many years ago. Had no idea who to call. Started looking at repair companies and reading reviews. Liked everything I saw and read about Mr. Appliance. I called them and the woman couldn't have been more friendly and up front. Made the appointment and Daron One of the technicians was assigned my job. They texted me well ahead of time with a picture so I would know what he looked like. When he arrived he was extremely conscientious and knowledgeable. Had the part on his truck and in less than an hour the machine was up and running perfectly. Very reasonable price for nowadays. I am very satisfied and would strongly recommend Mr appliance.

So I have a Maytag washer from 2019 got stuck in rinse cycle. Spoke with a lovely woman that walked me through a diagnosis over the phone. The machine is now working. They are a hidden jem. Service like this is hard to come by these days. Highly recommended they are good 👍🏼

Great communication, with appointment reminders and en-route notifications. Everyone was was friendly and the repair tech was very knowledgeable and efficient. The tech repaired my dryer and refrigerator within an hour. The cost was also very reasonable.

Provided amazing customer service! The burners and oven to my gas stove wouldn't automatically light. After discussing the issue and model number over the phone, he gave me an estimate for repair but suggested replacement. What made this more amazing is he actually recommended that I unplug it and see if the electronic portion reset. After waiting the recommended 20 minutes, I plugged my stove back in and it worked! This gives me valuable time to look into a new replacement and he provided all of this information over the phone. Thank you so much!

Karen returned my call very promptly, and even though they do not service my area (Maine) she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, including emailing me a video and part number info, to help me make an informed repair decision. Too bad I'm out of their territory, I would have hire them for sure.
