    Made an on line appointment…but they contacted me via email with an earlier time. Technician arrived on time…was knowledgeable and troubleshot the problem quickly. The needed part came in 2 days but could not be retrofitted into our fridge…which the technician warned us might happen at the first visit. Price was reasonable and only for initial visit - not for the unusable part.

    Haven't had an appliance repair since moving to New Hampshire many many years ago. Had no idea who to call. Started looking at repair companies and reading reviews. Liked everything I saw and read about Mr. Appliance. I called them and the woman couldn't have been more friendly and up front. Made the appointment and Daron One of the technicians was assigned my job. They texted me well ahead of time with a picture so I would know what he looked like. When he arrived he was extremely conscientious and knowledgeable. Had the part on his truck and in less than an hour the machine was up and running perfectly. Very reasonable price for nowadays. I am very satisfied and would strongly recommend Mr appliance.
