Alex was great. Came as scheduled, knew exactly what was wrong with our very old washing machine and was able to quickly fix it. Took the time to check out our dryer. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I had them check out a refrigerator in a rental property, that wasnt dispensing water or ice. I was told that I needed a new water valve and filter. They were going to charge me over $1000 which I immediately declined. It still cost $120 to diagnose. The parts were less than $90 and it took under 20 minutes to replace them. But the best part is, the water shutoff was in the basement. He never went in the basement, so he wouldn't have known that someone with access to the basement turned it off. Which is most likely why the water/ice dispenser were not working in the first place. These guys are crooks. Find someone else.
Two burners on my stove stopped working the week before Thanksgiving, and I was so appreciative that CitySide was able to come out so quickly to fix my stove. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and identified the issue very fast. All burners working now! I appreciated that they took the time to help us on such short notice! We would use them again!
Cityside was great. Professional and honest. Came out as quick as they could to look at our refrigerator, ordered the parts, and we’re back in a few days to complete the job. Fridge is back in action.
This is the best Appliance Repair Company that I have ever dealt with ....and Ive lived in Bedford NH for 33 years now. Alex is extremely knowledgeable, on time, is honest & fair with pricing, and gets the job done! He went out of his way a few weeks after repairing our oven to stop back at our house (free of charge) when I thought there was still a problem with our oven.... which there wasn't ... it was my error. I highly recommend his service!! I rate him a 10 out of 10 !
