    WSH Appliance Services provided excellent service repair for our GE gas oven for a very reasonable price. The company came out to our home (with masks) the next day in Newburyport after the service call was placed. The problem was diagnosed quickly and accurately (the baking and broiler igniters needed to be replaced) by BIll and the service tech. Original GE replacement parts were immediately ordered and the oven was repaired and tested within the week. We have used these folks for prior appliance repairs and continue to definitely recommend their services for appliance repair needs. We are very happy and satisfied with the quality of the work and level of service provided. Thank you.

    Stove door was defective from the factory. I did not use the oven for months due to a kitchen remodel after it was delivered new. I soon noticed the door was lose and not shutting tight. After a quick call to the manufacturer (AMANA) I received a call almost right away from WSH with an appointment. The tech diagnosed the hinge and within a week he was back to replace. I had said why did the machine work for 9 months with no issue? I called WSH after talking to the Speed Queen customer service. Technician came and fixed the issue in 20 minutes.     This is a reply on behalf of Noel Ortega: Thank you for your prompt response. This was not a customer usage problem. The machine indeed had issues which were all covered by the warranty, including manufacturer's warranty and extended warranty coverage. As you guys were adamant about an unfairly charged expense, I contacted Best Buy Corporate team and Mr. Cesar Castillo and his team instructed us to not make any payments as this was all covered by the insurance purchased, as you are a vendor for these type of warranties. This may be a policy that your company has for independent customer service, but it isn't something that should be done to those of us who pay a lot of extra money to have these things covered. When speaking to Best Buy's Corporate team and Management they were certain that I was being charged incorrectly so. Also, I never received any of the letters that you are mentioning here, I would have reached out to you then. All of the issues were always the same with the machine, I never reached back out to you because it wasn't going anywhere in terms of getting this situated. I contacted the corporate team and they were able to send out their own crew who diagnosed and tried different things to fix the machine and once all options were exhausted they had to replace the machine as it was indeed a machine issue, certainly not customer usage. I would like for us to come to a solution this very unfortunate matter as you can see, this had nothing to do with the way the machine was being used. I hope to hear back from you soon, Noel

    Bill came out to repair my ice and water on my refrigerator. He arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for parts and labor that was spot on. Bill is reliable and service was great! Highly recommend!
