I have a Harmon P 38 pellet stove and it stopped working. It is our primary source of heat and I had to get it fixed ASAP. Additionally, it is also the week of Thanksgiving. I called several stove places to find an on-call TECH to please come and service our pellet stove. Not a single place I called had a tech that could come and help us out or they were out of our area and could not help us out. As I was working my way down the list I made it to Lynch pellet stove services. I could not be happier with the service I received. Although they do not service my area, they walked me through how to service the pellet stove myself. I was walked through the problem, told what parts to get, what tools I needed to fix it, and of course how to fix it. Additionally, I was asked to call back to make sure that the problem was fixed. I have no doubt that had the issue not been resolved that I would’ve been walked through other problems it could’ve been and how to fix them. I am incredibly grateful and thankful for the kindness and service that I received. We’re other companies told me too bad, so sad, and we can’t help you…. Lynch pellet stove services helped me out. That level of kindness in today’s world is rare but my kids are warm, my stove is fixed, and we don’t have to make last-minute changes to our Thanksgiving plans. Mr Lynch came out ahead of schedule by weeks to help my family get the our pellet stove running after our landlord’s last tenants had neglected it for years. He was professional, clean, courteous and he has earned my business for the years to come. Great work!

Well you don’t see that every day! We had been looking for a pellet stove service to clean our pellet stove. We had been let down and now our peeler stove failed. We called Lynch pellet stove services based in Hampstead. He (Tom) gave us a date and time and he showed up on time. We explained the issue and he said we’ll look at that after the cleaning because sometimes that helps. He then diagnosed the issue and set to work. He didn't have the part but said he would come back later with the part and he did. He also gave me some schooling on how the stove should be operated. Very clean, very nice guy and of course excellent service. We’ll be using Lynch every time now. Thanks Tom a real pleasure.

I purchased my home in June of this year and the pellet stove was already installed. But, when trying to get it going, it kept on going out. I have never own or even operated a pellet stove before so I started reaching out to local companies for help and advise. Tom was the first to return my call and was the first to help me in my situation. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and come to find out, he was the one that actually installed the pellet stove prior to the purchase of my home. Not only was he professional, punctual and honest, he helped me understand how to run and care for my pellet stove as well as the correct way to maintain it so it will run properly and efficiently. Once he replaced the part that was malfunctioning, he stayed with me for almost an hour going through every setting to make sure they worked correctly, went through every scenario possible that could happen during the cold months for the stove to possibly shut off, what to do if something did happen with the stove and how to safely shut it down without putting my family in harms way. Overall, he was helpful, educational and honest. THANK YOU.

Tom is the best. My Husband, reached out to him via text message when the motor started to seize up after being blown off by many repair people and quoted outrageous prices and time frames into January/February. Tom was able to diagnose the problem from a video my husband sent him and we were back up and running a few days later. We will be using Tom and Lynch Pellet moving forward for all our Pellet Stove needs Thanks Kathy Lee

Our pellet stove’s feeder broke, and we were in a huge pinch. Our main source of heat was out of commission and the team at Lynch was able to come by within 2 days, get everything working, and they even helped us get the part we needed discounted compared to online prices. We highly recommend using them. Tom and Matt communicated with us, showed us some tricks to prevent it from happening again, and were great with our dogs there as well. We can’t recommend them enough.
