Installation went smoothly and unit is working efficiently. I have used my new ductless units just about 24/7 in August and am very comfortable. The units are silent and the outside unit is very quiet as well. Even my electric is down compared to running two removable air conditioners last year that were noisy and didn't cool as well. The whole Custom Climates team made the experience from the bid process straight through the installation and follow up service seamless for us this October.
