The Madeline checked with her team to see if anybody was available to go. Survey, what my issue was. 20 minutes later, john a technician was at my house. He diagnosed the issue to a bad capacitor. John was very pleasent to talk to, had the part, cleaned the unit and my condensor is back in service.granted, They had a cancelation, but they were able to fit me in that quick, thats a hig standard of excellence.
