    East coast is by far.A standard of excellence across-the-board from the phone call I made from Madeline on the other end of the phone who listened and took accurate notes. The Madeline checked with her team to see if anybody was available to go. Survey, what my issue was. 20 minutes later, john a technician was at my house. He diagnosed the issue to a bad capacitor. John was very pleasent to talk to, had the part, cleaned the unit and my condensor is back in service.granted, They had a cancelation, but they were able to fit me in that quick, thats a hig standard of excellence. And I'm a first time customer. I will be using East Coast from now on. With any problems with my hVAC unit.to everybody on the East Coast Team, thank you very much .
