I am a recent customer of Northeast Heating & cooling. The may A/Ctune up and October heat service call were both excellent. I would rate their service and communication skills as 10 on scale of 1 to 10, 10 being best. I change to Northeast because I was unsatisfied with prior company. I had Northeast come and do maintenance on my gas furnace. After a few days I noticed my furnace would throw a code and shut off. This would leave my house freezing in the middle of the night, so I called and they sent someone out to look at the furnace. They spent over an hour trouble shooting the code and resetting the furnace specifications.This ultimately fixed the problem. What impressed me even more is they did not charge me for the service call because they felt something may have been missed during maintenance. Whether it was their fault or not things happen, so no big deal. It was nice to finally find a company who is honest and stands by their work. Thank you!
