Last winter during the Christmas week (Saturday to be exact) on one of the coldest days of the year our furnace stopped working - No Heat for the entire house! A and C came to our rescue! First off, they answered my call on a Saturday, came out to the house, fixed the furnace, and did NOT charge an astronomical fee !!!!!!! They were friendly, professional and very willing to help us in our time of need. They also gave us some maintenance tips that would prevent this situation from arising again. First used A&C a year ago. My furnace failed in January, they came right out and replaced the furnace the next day. The work was done fast, professionally, and well priced compared to other quotes. I have since had them back to looking into upgrading duct work and will be having them do that as well.
