Fast service! I had a leak preventing us from using the water. I called and the plumber was available, and within an hour he was here and it didn't take him long to fix the problem. High-quality work. Recommended.

Thank you Mark & Tom for your exceptional customer service and understanding! My husband and I had a new boiler installed for our rental property. Not too long after, it had an issue where error codes would pop up and the hot water would stop working. Mark immediately came out to fix the issue same day. Not too long after that the same issue happened again. Mark and his team again came out same day to fix it free of charge. They started contacting the company to replace this defective boiler since it was under warranty. Mark decided to make a judgement call to move in a different direction with a different vendor to completely replace the unit. We highly recommend Milford Plumbing for all the services they provide.

Milford Plumbing and Heating is great, Tom and his dad are very professional and responded right away when I sent them a message about needing a new propane water heater.

They are polite, clean, professional, and friendly. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because there was a mixup with the water heater that was caught later. However, they were very polite and took the matter seriously. They fixed the issue the same day, which was a complete swap out.

Their work comes with a 1 year warranty which I think is fantastic and definitely helped in this situation! They stand by their work and really value their customer.

Milford Plumbing & Heating (MPH) was quick to call me back, and on top of that were here the next morning. They replaced my (at least) 25 year old water heater and made sure everything was a perfect fit, at a reasonable price. It also helps that they are down to earth, personable and don't try to add on to everything! I will do business with them again, and highly recommend them! Thank you MPH!

MPH came out to fix a myriad of plumbing items in my home. The rebuilt the soil stack, moved a pipe, fixed a p-trap, and fixed a water pressure issue in a basement bathroom. In another bathroom they relocated the soil stack into a wall, cut back pipes for a sink, installed a shower surround, replaced water pipes, and connected new lines for my shower.

The two plumbers who completed the job were very professional. Masks were worn throughout the job, they asked permission before any water shutoffs, cleaned up their work areas, and alerted me to when they were leaving for extended periods of time (lunch, to get parts, etc). They were happy to answer any questions that I had and were also very careful to avoid interrupting my wife, who was teaching remotely when they were working.

The wonderful team at MP&H helped us during our remodel of the bathrooms at Fairview Millwork in Amherst, NH. We have used MP&H on our customer remodels but haven't had the opportunity to use them on any of our own projects. All staff members were prompt, courteous, and quick to complete the work in our bathrooms. We had a small leak during the process and Mark was out within 30 minutes of me contacting them. He quickly assessed the issue and provided us with solutions. I also appreciated seeing the experience the apprentices got on the job site. We need more tradespeople and it was great to see MP&H supporting young people in field!
