Wetherbee did an excellent job of installing a new Viessmann combination boiler/hot water heater (completed in one day). Very satisfied with the company.

The guys arrived a bit early before their scheduled time. They really had to work hard to remove the old anode rod from our water heater. Maybe I won't wait 15 years before replacing the anode again. I also requested they replace two shutoff valves that were corroded and couldn't be operated. They didn't have the appropriate parts on the van, so they had to return a week later. The second visit was quick; they were in and out in about 30 minutes and did a fine job.

Once again, Joel provided prompt, friendly service replacing a very old faucet set in an old pedestal sink. He left everything clean. I’d definitely call him again.

Hopefully, others can learn from my experience. When I made the appointment, I asked if there was a trip charge & I was told the rate was $195 per hour. However, I wasn't told that is the minimum charge to come for a small job. I expected the per hour charge to be prorated. I called after I received the invoice to find out why 15 to 20 minutes was charged for an hour. At this point, I was informed $195 is the minimum charge. Since I wasn't informed of this prior to the service, I offered to pay for 1/2 hour which is longer than they were at my house. I was informed there are no exceptions to the rule. Even if they were at my house for 5 minutes, the charge would be $195. Please learn from my experience & know the minimum charge is $195.

Been using Wetherbee Plumbing and Heating Since the 80's. Excellent service and quality. Today reported a leaking expansion tank for the hot water heater and it was replaced within an hour of the call. It just doesn't get any better than that

I wasn't sure if I had an issue with my outside drain clean out. Jim came over and took a quick look and alleviated my concern. As always I fully respect his evaluation. I consider Weatherbee to be my go to plumber for all my needs.

I strongly recommend LUCO Plumbing and am very happy to have found them. We had new counters put in our kitchen, bathroom and bar area and all three areas needed new sinks, faucets and plumbing. The brothers did an excellent job; they were thorough and professional while also being fast and reasonably priced. I will definitely hire them again.

I asked my neighbor who they sued for plumbing issues and he strongly suggested LUCO Plumbing. They arrived at the house on the day of the call and evaluated the problem. They were back less than a week later to fix 2 leaks in our basement. They also took the time to inspect other pipes, just to make sure they wouldn't fail anytime soon. Once again I am grateful for these guys, remodeled my upstairs kitchen and they came in and took care of the plumbing pre construction and post construction and all is perfect. I have to admit the pipe work installed under sink looks like art work. Very happy with Luco and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
As a retired contractor in the trades I have to say these gentlemen are some of the best I have engaged! I have only scheduled something with them once and they pulled in the driveway on the dime. The other three or four times I have needed to reach out they are here right away. Can't say enough good thing about their business ethic and integrity.

They have come out and solved problems very quickly that others could not. I have used them on several occasions now and will continue to use them. Great guys and I highly recommend them. Luco has accommodated me a few times within a day or two of me calling with hot water issues. Others wanted to tell me that there would be an emergency call charge since they were so busy. I know these guys are very busy and moved things around with their own schedule to help us out. Top notch customer service on top of the great work.

Cory has been outstanding. He’s very persistent in getting what he starts finished, and having a patient attitude while encountering challenges along the way. If you need a plumber for smaller or bigger jobs, know that he handled my whole list of plumbing problems! Strong recommendation.
