Perfect Climate Heating and Air Conditioning

We've had mixed experiences with this company. While they're responsive, it's not always a guarantee that you'll get good results from the technician assigned to your job. Our recent issues have led us to look elsewhere for services. The heat and AC combo unit installed by PC is still not balanced years later, and we continue to experience problems in specific rooms.

We've had multiple visits from their team to try and resolve these issues, but it's been a hassle. The problem with the venting pipe was particularly egregious - they installed it too low on the roof, which froze during a blizzard and caused the heat to stop working. To make matters worse, we were charged for the repair of their own installation work, even though it was clearly their fault.

Their billing policies are also frustratingly opaque. They charge for every single visit, regardless of whether it's a follow-up or not. This has become a major issue for our small church, which can't afford to deal with inconsistent levels of service and aggressive billing practices.

I was on my way to work Thursday morning at 8:30 when a large work van cut off me and several other cars, nearly colliding with us. The driver's actions were extremely reckless and endangering, putting lives at risk. Given the severity of their driving, it's likely that the service itself is similarly subpar, but I couldn't get the license plate number to report them.
