We've had mixed experiences with this company. While they're responsive, it's not always a guarantee that you'll get good results from the technician assigned to your job. Our recent issues have led us to look elsewhere for services. The heat and AC combo unit installed by PC is still not balanced years later, and we continue to experience problems in specific rooms.

We've had multiple visits from their team to try and resolve these issues, but it's been a hassle. The problem with the venting pipe was particularly egregious - they installed it too low on the roof, which froze during a blizzard and caused the heat to stop working. To make matters worse, we were charged for the repair of their own installation work, even though it was clearly their fault.

Their billing policies are also frustratingly opaque. They charge for every single visit, regardless of whether it's a follow-up or not. This has become a major issue for our small church, which can't afford to deal with inconsistent levels of service and aggressive billing practices.

I was on my way to work Thursday morning at 8:30 when a large work van cut off me and several other cars, nearly colliding with us. The driver's actions were extremely reckless and endangering, putting lives at risk. Given the severity of their driving, it's likely that the service itself is similarly subpar, but I couldn't get the license plate number to report them.

Do not trust these people. My heat stopped working and they found a dead transformer. They tried to sell me a "Trane" replacement that was only available from a Lakewood supply house, which is completely untrue. The fake transformer cost me $205, whereas I could have gotten the same one at Fergusons just 10 minutes away for $40. When I refused to let them work on it further, they asked me to troubleshoot the short circuit and come back the next day with a second technician to do some outdoor testing. I politely declined. Luckily, Spartan HVAC showed up and was able to diagnose the issue themselves - specifically, the problem lay in the condenser contactor, which had been causing all the trouble. It cost $330 for Perfect Climate to not fix the real problem at all.

Given the reckless behavior of their staff, I'm extremely skeptical about their work quality. When I called to report the incident, I spoke with a friendly employee who assured me the owner would contact me. Unfortunately, I've yet to hear back. Needless to say, I wouldn't consider hiring this company and lose all trust in them.
