Recently moved into an older home and experienced some fairly urgent electrical issues. Following a late-night visit from the fire dept., I called Ken early the next morning, and he and his son were able to come out right away. They were incredibly thorough and conscientious in diagnosing the issue and assessing the overall health of our electrical, while not tacking on any unnecessary work or expenses. They were kind, honest, professional and straightforward and got everything up and running safely, quickly and efficiently. On top of that, they were very reasonably priced and mindful of budgetary needs. I truly can't thank them enough! Will be calling for all future electrical needs.

Wow this was the worst experience! Don't waste your time! So unprofessional. Took of work for them to cancel with no explanation. I had to reach out to them the day before to fi d out what time they were coming only to be told that they can't make it. It's a shame.

Where do I start? I needed 2 things electrical service and inspection of fire system. After installing electrical service “ finishing work “. he Left house and tenant without electricity. Got him to correct situation. Required me to get work permit. And call for inspection. He failed the inspection. Then corrected. I also needed an electrical inspection on a fire system that is required from NJ that he can preform. Our agreement for him to get the job was that he do this. I knew system would fail and why. I explained this to him. He said no problem. So what does he do. Tells me it’s fails and said I would have to get someone else to repair and complete inspection for township. Does not answer phone and is having girlfriend/Secratary follow up.

If I could give this guy less than one star I would. He does terrible work then yells at you when you ask him to come back and fix his mistakes. He doesn't even do a good job fixing his mistakes. Very lazy work. Also, his crew unnecessarily destroyed all of the drywall in the house which cost us a ton of extra money. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else you come across instead.

In response to your comment: No false statement here. You have done work for an LLC of mine on a property in Deptford. I'm just trying to help people who are looking to have decent electrical work done. Also, threatening to sue everyone who leaves you a negative review isn't a good look for your company either, but what would you know? You couldn't properly screw in a light bulb even if you were watching a step-by-step how-to video on Youtube.

First impression is always a good impression. So I called this electrician over to my sister's house and 1 he smelled and two I looked this guy up because she wanted professional work done as far as outlets changed and vanity lights in two of her bathrooms the man wired it wrong. He never went to buy new wiring but instead used the same wiring and old wiring so I called him back and he didn't come back out to her property she works through the day and is never home ever this electrician is a fraud and I don't know were he ever got his license from the people

Don’t waste your time with this guy or his company. We contacted the company and they were very responsive at the beginning. Responded quickly to our inquiry, came on time for the estimate and were friendly on site. However, we were told we’d receive a quote by the end of the day, but never heard back. We followed up with the electrician directly twice and even though the message said it was “read”, we still received no response. They wasted our time without even the courtesy of a response. We understand if they did not want to do the job (although it was a fairly routine landscape lighting request and the electrician didn’t indicate any issue with the job), but they should still communicate. It’s a shame because they had good reviews here and elsewhere. In any case, we’re onto the next company.

In response to your comment: Thank you for your response, Vincent. Rather than saying dismissive comment like “could be a miscommunication, which happens”, why not give the customer the benefit of the doubt and apologize? If not for the miscommunication, you certainly could have apologized for not responding to our calls and texts. Yet, you did nothing but defend yourself with no empathy for us. I understand you are busy and we appreciate the free estimate, but had you responded HALF as quickly to our outreach as you did to this review, the outcome would have been different. We would have absolutely understood if we either misunderstood you or you needed more time to offer an estimate because of how busy you are. Yet, rather than take a minute to respond to us to clarify when you’d send the estimate, you said nothing. The fact that you responded so quickly to a public review only to defend yourself rather than respond to any of our outreach speaks to where your priorities are as a company.

Being busy is a good problem to have, but trust that your customers are equally busy. We have lives, children, jobs and everything that you do. Our time is worth something, just as yours is. When future customers reach out to you, consider that there may have been a miscommunication on your part rather than assuming the customer is always wrong. And please take the 30 seconds to respond to customers when they connect with you—it makes a big difference.
