I can’t say enough good things about A&R Heating and Air Conditioning!
These guys are absolute rock stars. My central air unit went out on one of the hottest days of the summer, and I was in a total panic. I called A&R and they had a technician at my house in Barrington within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything in plain English (no upselling or scare tactics), and had the part I needed in stock on the truck. Fixed it same day and my house was cool again before dinner.
What really blew me away was how professional, friendly, and honest they were. The tech even showed me a couple of maintenance tips to help prevent future breakdowns. Their pricing was fair and transparent—no surprise charges at all.
