As a Contractor I found Tomas and his Team extremely professional and easy to work with. He always went out of his way to come and meet me and walk through projects and details. His team worked hard and always on time. I did a full gut reno for a multi family so I used him for every aspect and I could not be happier with the way the house came out. The work was excellent and high quality and he advised me the whole way on options, material and gave me a great price. I recommend him and his services very much, I plan to do flips and will 100% use him for all my future projects. It’s great to meet a Contractor that is onsite to manage a project and can work on all and any requests for your home, much better than dealing with a ton of vendors.

We hired Francobuilt to renovate our upstairs bathroom. The crew was no-nonsense and strictly business. Upon arrival, they started work immediately, and at the end of each day, they ensured their work area and their path of travel to the bathroom was clean before leaving. The completed project looks great.

I recent used Franco Built for a remodel of my bathroom. I must say, they did an AMAZING JOB! After months of not having a bathroom due to someone else's error, Tomas and his team got the job done in a week. They were at my home everyday! They were there early in the morning and worked all day. The prices were so affordable and the quality of work was superb . I will definitely be using them again for my future projects!

I have been a homeowner for 15+ years and have had dealt with my share of many rude, ruthless, careless contractors in the past. After dealing with such contractors I've understood the construction business to be a crooked business where it was only about the "money" leaving the homeowner to be very unhappy once the job ended, until I came across FrancoBuilt. I have never come across anyone in this field as professional, genuine and the willingness to help in pleasing the homeowners all all cost.

I first hired FrancoBuilt to reconstruct the full exterior of my home, dreading the process and was ready to face with the usual contractor excuses, delays, no shows to the job site, and lingering on the project for as long as possible. Surprisingly, the job was completed in an extremely professional manner and completed within the agreed timeframe. All team members were very polite and easy to get along with as well Tomas Franco, the owner of the company. Tomas made my husband's and my satisfaction a TOP PRIORITY which was the best part of it all. I refuse to call any other contractor/contracting company after dealing with FrancoBuilt. I highly recommend this company for minor to major repairs. After the exterior project, we then hired the company again to complete a major demo/reno project inside our home and again were left with great satisfaction.

We can not say enough about Franco builders, Tomas and his amazing staff , they go above and beyond to make the customer pleased and comfortable. We had a previous contractor who did poor work on walls and windows , Franco builders not only fix his work but made it outstanding.,also did our vinyl siding , installed windows and some concrete work. Any questions or concern Tomas addressed immediately : outcome PERFECTION! We are so pleased.

I have used Tomas and his team as my contractor for every square inch of my house. Over time we have worked together to remodel my 1900s row home into a home that not only my family, but many after mine can enjoy and live in comfortably. Tomas has demonstrated his knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire time, and after the first few projects, I knew I could call him for any remodel or repair work and he would do it quickly and to my satisfaction. His team is great. They work 7 days a week and clean up each day they are in your home so you don’t have the debris to deal with yourself. I can’t say enough how happy I am with the work they do and at a very reasonable price every time. I have given Tomas as a referral every time someone local has asked about the work done on my house or if I know someone that can handle remodels of all sizes. I will use Tomas and Franco Built for all of my needs.

We needed to renovate our main bathroom. Living in a 100+ year old house, we wanted to hire a company that had experience in the nuances that come with an old house. After a lot of investigating, FrancoBuilt fit the bill, and did so under our own budget estimates. Tomas and his crew were terrific in managing the project and the work itself was completed as desired (special shout-out to Albin who did amazing work on so much of the project). Topping it all off, if it wasn’t for one aspect of the project, they would likely have finished the work sooner than estimated – and we thought the original timing was a “pie in the sky” estimate. It wasn’t! We highly recommend Tomas and FrancoBuilt.

The project was a complete demotion and rebuild of my master bathroom. The result: I now have an elegant and stunning master bathroom.

I am particularly impressed with the supervision of Tomas. He would check on the work done 3 to 4 times a day,. He is driven to producing the best for the customer,. He demonstrated what it means to be an effective supervisor.

The work team was always punctual. There was complete and open communication with Tomas at all times. The clean-up after each day's work was complete and perfect, and it enabled us to carry on with our usual routine.

We used FrancoBuilt Construction for a gut renovation of a very old bathroom. From start to finish, they were very responsive and punctual. The end result was absolutely beautiful. I was also impressed at how his crew cleaned up every day. After the bathroom was finished, we hired them back to paint two bedrooms and put in crown and base molding. Again, the work was terrific and timely. The prices were very affordable too. I would definitely recommend Tomas and his team and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

We used Franco Build to remodel & revamp our first home. Tomas was professional, knowledgeable and honest. We were in a time crunch to move into our new place and had a long list of items we wanted done beforehand. He was able to advise us on what would be the best chooses for material, colors and light placement. He was reasonably priced and got the job done on time. His workers were Diligent & meticulous. I asked to meet him a few times to discuss changes and he was more than willing to accommodate us. I would recommend him highly.

We used Franco Construction to do a few things around our home. We redid our full bath, changed our flooring, needed HVAC work done and added a closet to our son’s room. They did a great job. Tomas and his team were on top of everything and anything we could have brought up. They were on time every day and worked the entire day, sometimes til 7pm. They even worked Sundays to get what we needed done before our son arrived. Any issues or concerns we had were addressed same day or as soon as I reached out and they made sure everything was correct. You will not go wrong using them for your renovations !

Tomas and his whole team do amazing work! Starts work immediately, finishes timely, communicates and ensures that the project is perfect, down to the details. I have used him for two projects in the past two years. I hired him to complete renovations of two apartments. I plan on hiring him for all future projects and would recommend him to anyone for any project!

I have have used FrancoBuilt a couple of times now. The first time was for a remodel of a kitchen and a bathroom. The second time was a complete repaint of my house in preparation for sale. In both cases his team did a great job. Tomas is reliable and shows up when he says he will (which is unusual in Jersey City). For my last job with him, I could not even get other contractors to show up reliably to do the estimates. Tomas both showed up to do the estimate and to do the work.

Francobuilt was recommended by my neighbor who has used them for several projects. Therefore I decided to give it a try. They even started the project while I was on vacation. The owner was very responsive and he knew what he was doing. He tried hard to make sure his customers were happy about his work. He would redo his work if customers were not satisfied. He was also nice enough to fix a few things for me. His crew cleaned up the project area and left me like a showroom condition. My impression was they were very easy to work with and worth trusting. I am more than happy to use them again in my future projects because of the professionalism. Francobuilt, thank you for your excellent work.

T Franco Construction is amazingly awesome. The price is affordable, and the quality of work is outstanding. T Franco is on point; super quick, clean and hardworking. I’m very happy with the service provided. My HO insurance was also very satisfied with T Franco. Totally recommend T Franco for home repairs as the hardworking team will be on time and meet your expectations. 5 Stars is not enough; T Franco gets 10 Stars from me.

They did a total gut of my living room. They did a phenomenal job. Tomas was very attentive to what we wanted. They were great cleaning up after themselves. My husband and I are very satisfied with the final result and love spending time in our new up to date living room. Will definitely hire them for future jobs.

I want to thank FrancoBuilt Construction for the beautiful kitchen they did for my wife and me. From beginning to end Thomas was there for us to answer questions, and help with the design. Tomas is the best construction man I’ve worked with, like my favorite electrician Mr Tony Piazza. He checks his men’s work, sometimes they miss small things but he fixes it right away. He’s also very fair in pricing what a good man, doesn’t take advantage of home owners.
Tomas is calm, thorough, helpful and professional. I was demanding and he worked with me. It was a big project and he delivered! Outstanding work!
He is now my go to construction guy and he knows it.
