We were recommend Francobuilt to remodeled our bathroom. I had limited time to get it done due to work schedule. We met to go over what we wanted to do and after suggestions from both sides, he set the timeline to two weeks. I was pleased, amazed and a bit skeptic. But to my surprise, as soon as we said go, it was none stop for two weeks. He made sure that everyday someone was at the house working on the project. His staff was awesome. Did not have any issues with them at all. Very professionals, trustworthy and on time. He was always in communication as to what was going to happen and what he needed from us in order to finish the project on time. He has great suggestions and he always made sure that we were satisfied with the work as it went alone. Could not be more satisfied with the results. Looking forward to next project.

I want to thank Tomas/Roberto and the entire FranoBuilt Construction team for giving us dream bathrooms in our home. They were so professional, on time, and did good quality work for very reasonable cost. I am so happy with the finished product. I recommend Franco Built. They were very professional, knowledgeable and don’t take advantage of people. I hired them for a small project and seeing the great job they were doing I increased the project to renovating my entire kitchen, all the floors in my home and a brick wall in my living room. They worked with my schedule and finished my project earlier then promised. I will definitely use them again and recommend them. They aren’t your typical contractors. Thank you.

I hired FrancoBuilt to build an addition to my second floor apartment. After having contacted about a dozen contractors, Tomas was the only builder that helped me find an
architect to draw the blueprints. The project was completed in a little over two months as promised and I’m very happy with the results. My new family room space looks beautiful and modern. Tomas is knowledgeable, calm and detailed-oriented and his workers are very nice and hardworking so I would definitely recommend them. Tomas himself built me a frame for my new electric fireplace which I love and he even installed my new television set on the wall above it.

We recently hired Franco Built Construction for major home construction and renovation work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The project included structural repairs, two full bathroom renovations, a brand-new porch deck, deck stair repairs, interior/exterior painting, and new flooring—and they handled everything with professionalism and skill.

From start to finish, their team was punctual and highly knowledgeable. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, especially in the bathrooms and deck, which turned out better than we imagined. They stuck to the timeline and budget, Job was done two weeks early.

Tomas has been our contractor for ~ 5 jobs. No job is too big or too small for Tomas. We’ve done full renovation of a house, gutter repair, skylight waterproof, bathroom leaking resolution, stair rail install over the years. Tomas is efficient, on time and well equipped.

Tomas Franco and the team of FrancoBuilt are some of the most hard working and dedicated contractors we have ever worked with. We had a complicated row house renovation (adding a story, adding bathrooms and a roofdeck) in a historic home in Jersey City and Tomas helped us navigate a challenging permitting process. He and his team are dedicated to ensuring their customers are happy with their final product. Tomas was flexible, was able to work within our budget and was very transparent. I truly appreciated that we never encountered surprises in our massive renovation project.

Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Tomas and the team at FrancoBuilt. We are already thinking about the next projects. Tomas is a good communicator and knows how to get the job done from start to finish.

If I could give this guy zero stars I would. I hired him to construct a house for me and this guy really did not know what he was doing. I have been in construction for 20 years and I was able to call him out on his mistakes and he still tried to get over on me. If you don't know about construction this guy will definitely try to pull a fast one. Do not trust him.
