Frankie was top-notch. He showed up on time and delivered outstanding work, tackling multiple tasks at once - new wiring circuits, switch checks, duplicate circuit identifications, and adjusting low-hanging lighting fixtures. He also addressed outstanding GFI installations that had been flagged by an inspector's report. The technician was both competent and courteous, setting a high standard for service.
