They said they would come out on Weds. Between 1 and 2. I informed them, that 1 pm is when I return from Physical Therapy. Stephanie confirmed it the appointment. I told them I was unavailable on Thursday due to surgery. Weds. came, and they called me as I was walking out the door for physical therapy. They wanted to come at that moment. They knew I was going to be unavailable. The technician called and said the office would reach out to me. They never did. I called them, and left a message. John called me back. He was utterly rude to me. He even hung up in the middle of conversing. His exact words was "Bye". Not oh I am sorry, maybe we can come out later this evening. He just wanted to reschudule. The whole idea, was for it to be fixed before surgery. John seemed agitated and really did not want my business. The sad part is, I really wanted them to do the job.

The company was easy to work with after we knew that we needed a new unit they were able to fit Us in right away they cleaned up after themselves there was something that we noticed later that was more of a maintenance issue they came for free and showed us how to not have that problem anymore. I can't say anything about the price because I did not price it out with other companies. I have a 3 and a 5 year old so I needed to move on this right away. The only thing that I would have done differently is chosen a more efficient unit. they told me it was a very high efficient unit and I took their word for it but it did have the lowest Seer rating I priced out the unit and it looks like most of the money that I paid for was the labor not the unit. So if I would have spent another $500 I probably could have gotten a unit with a much higher seer rating. So the company was excellent I would absolutely use them in the future. but if I had anything to do over I would have spent a little more money and gotten a much better unit.

My 86 year old mom used all care to replace her furnace and she is glad I called you guys! She was very nervous about having guys in her house but the 3 techs that came and replaced it (She’s older so she only got ones guys name or that she remembered. She thinks it Jim and also had mention a two guy who looked alike so I’m guessing there brothers) They were very cautious and had worn there masks the whole time. Not only did they act professional they cleaned up after them self and once the new unit was in you couldn’t tell they were there other then the new unit. Her husband had mentioned he could tell all the guys knew what they were doing the whole time also.. They installed a carrier top of the line unit. i plan on using u guys for our water heater at my house.
