Excellent service!!! We called three other companies last week and got zero calls back.
We had a number of electric issues. The electrician was courteous, answered my many questions and did an outstanding job.
Everything is now working. I would highly recommend this company. Our technician was Sid and I will be recommending this company to our building manager.

The electrician was thorough and professional. He was delayed because of the job scheduled before me, but I received regular updates of his arrival time. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and correct it. I received updates as the work was being done, in addition to, an accurate assessment of the problem. The transformer was burning out and needed to be replaced . He needed to get the transformer, left my house, and returned to my home without delay. I am very pleased with the result and grateful for Mustafa’s knowledge and skills.

The year was 1996, the war in the middle east broke out and the Iraqis turned off the power to my house. No heat. No power. No life. I was in a desperate time in need of water and heat. I was hopeless and alone since my wife left me with our son. In desperate times, I needed an ELECTRICIAN. I called CAA Electric and they answered the phone straight away. When they came to my house they fixed my problem straight away and gave me a warm bath to compensate for my extreme discomfort. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be here today. My life is in the hands of CAA Electric and now I can see my son and my German Shepard. 10/10 service. I love these guys!!

Beware!!!Today we had issues with our house. I explained the issue over the phone to the electrician’s dispatcher. We have some parts of the house where the electricity is not working. On the call I asked the dispatcher what is the cost : “she said $70 to come out look at the issue”. They came out did nothing tested nothing flipped nothing just looked at the box… then gave a quote to actually review the problem and that would be 475$. We did pay the 70$ for his walk in visit on a Sunday to do nothing . I called the dispatcher to let her know nothing was done for 70$ and she argued with me and was very rude. Then texted me very rudely(see attached). The lesson here is if you want to just have someone one come to your house and say hi 👋🏿 for 70$ bucks call this electrician. We had another electrician come and screw the loose wires that was the issue. They charged us 50$ bucks …Sorry we didn’t have a better experience with your team. My advice don’t use this service.

I called Mustafa to help my client with inspection on his home . Mustafa came the same day to give a quote and check my clients electrical panel. The next day the project was done and on time for my clients to close on the purchase of their home . He was very professional and understood this was a time sensitive goal for me and my clients . I would highly recommend him and his team.

I found the company on Google and decided to take a chance; let me tell from my first phone call it was nothing short from the most and best professionalism I’ve ever had with any other electrical service or any home services. Ace Electrical sent a technician 1 day after my phone call to request the service; they quote for free; and when we decided to go with the service it was honest and fair. Not to mention they had technicians out the next day in order to correct the issues we were having. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for electrician services.
