Constraction reviews in Belmar, New Jersey

Anthony and his team helped us renovate a 100-years old house that was in pretty bad shape - roof, siding, structural elements, plumbing, kitchen and bath, porch, floors, paint - everything was completed in less than 3 months from quote to finish, and on budget! Anthony's advice always made sense, and communication with him and his team was very efficient throughout. We definitely recommend All Around Construction for big and small projects.

Anthony and his crew did a wonderful job renovating our bathroom. Anthony has tons of good ideas on the new space and did an excellent job recommending fixtures, tile and paint without breaking the budget. The project was completed in a timely and neat manner and communication was very easy if any changes needed to be made. Would highly recommend using all around handyman!

All Around Handyman recently replaced the very old wooden retaining wall around my pool with pavers. Anthony was great from start to finish with communication and timeliness. Bill and the guys that were here were excellent. Always left the place clean, answered any questions we had, and were very professional. As far as price, it was a pricey job, but well worth it. I had gotten another estimate that was higher. I will definitely be hiring them again for the many many jobs that I need to get done to my home.

Keith and his team just finished a sun porch window replacement project for me and I’m thrilled with the result. They were absolute professionals! There were no delays or problems and they were very helpful with suggestions and ideas. The painters even cleaned the windows when they were done! Just love this company and its employees! Would heartily recommend them!

We had a leak in our roof and when I called Anthony at All Around, he came out right away. We discussed what was needed and his crew completed the work promptly and it looks great! They were careful not to damage our flowers and did a great job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend them.

All Around Handyman did an excellent job for me from start to finish.

My house needed multiple exterior repairs including replacing rotten wood, some new windows, some cedar shakes, gutters, and then I needed the house repainted. I had no idea where to start. I received an excellent very detailed accurate estimate and a plan of action with a timeline from Anthony. The work was completed on time and on budget and was of the highest quality. Everyone involved with the job was professional, skilled and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be contacting All Around Handyman for future projects. I highly recommend them. Five stars and many thanks!  My house looks beautiful!

**Another five star review for All Around Handyman.

This time I needed interior work done: a bedroom redone - walls, painting and floor, the attic above the bedroom insulated, sheetrock repairs and painting in a hallway, and a second bathroom, which was no longer functional, redone. As before, I received a very good detailed estimate. Anthony worked with me on designing a beautiful new bathroom which included converting a tub into a walk-in shower and replacing all plumbing. All the work was excellent.  Everyone who worked on the project was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Many thanks!

We have used All Around Construction Services for quite a few projects in and around our home. This last project was for some exterior painting. We were provided with a fair quote listing what we could expect to be done. Not only did All Around Construction Service meet our expectations, but they exceeded them. The crew was prompt, courteous, quiet. They picked up, by hand, every piece of paint that they scraped off our house. They worked efficiently and quietly. In fact, the job was completed earlier than first expected. This is a very professional business and we would highly recommend All Around Construction Services to anyone looking to have work done in our outside their home.

Thank you All Around Construction! I contacted them after I realized my chimney cap was damaged from a recent storm and needed it replaced. They were very professional, responsive and quick to come out. I was very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend them!

We engaged All Around Roofing to install a new roof. Everyone we dealt with (the project manager - Luke, the office staff - Kaitlyn & Barbara, the roofing crew led by Danny) were highly professional and courteous at all times. They quickly responded to our phone calls and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. They were able to quickly set a date for the project and were able to complete all of the work on that day. Whenever I had a question, Danny patiently explained the work. They did a good job of cleaning up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Developer here, I agree with prior reviews saying some reviews seem doctored, as we did not have a good experience. We built our home last year, needed some shiplap and rooms painted. Should've just used some of my subcontractors as Anthony missed two appointments for estimates, then showed up 15 minutes late to ask me a million questions about my vehicles out front and what I do for work, pretty persistently. Was sort've...shocked...to get this estimate that I will transpose onto here: Paint One Master 14'x12'...$3933, Paint 5'x8' Bathroom (no trim) $1492. Finally shiplap on two accent walls, 146 sq ft.... guys... $11,000. Please take it from a couple who have built a few homes, get any estimate you can to accompany theirs, because wow....

Anthony and his team at All Around Construction were excellent! They gave a very fair estimate and followed through with expected delivery of materials and time frame of completion. I was informed every step of the way and all work was done exactly when and how it was expected. The roof on our colonial house was done the same day it was started. The crew came early in the morning and started immediately. Entire yard was cleaned up and everything around the house was protected. We highly recommend you contact All Around Construction when you have a home project needing to be done !!

All Around Handyman Services renovated/repaired a dilapidated back room/storage room connected to my garage, including a very hard-to-access roof which was completely covered by my upper deck. They were phenomenal in coming up with a plan that was within my target budget, flexible with my timing, and outstanding with the quality of the work. It was a pleasure working with Anthony and his team - all wonderful people, very experienced, high quality and prompt. I'd recommend them enthusiastically and without reservation, and I'll be looking to hire them again on a few other projects.

I am so appreciative of All Around Construction Services because of all they have done to help with The HUBB Arts & Trauma Center’s high risk and at risk youth. Today the owner, Anthony Hufnagel, not only donated plywood and paint but he, himself, came out and worked with the Newark youth by cutting the 10 pieces of plywood into hearts for them to prepare for a Hugs4Healing City-Wide Walk through Newark during a very rough time in Newark.

Kudos to Anthony and His company for caring enough to show up and show out! I personally thank You!!!!!

All Around Construction has consistently provided several excellent repairs and improvements to my home as part of their Handyman services. The staff are always pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, quality focused, and very competent. My calls are promptly answered and addressed; scheduled service dates and times are kept as promised. No job is too minor. They listen attentively, educate, and offer detailed, reasonably priced high quality options. It truly is a pleasure dealing with them. They take the stress out of home repairs and maintenance with great results!

We purchased a cupola a few months ago and contacted four different contractors for an installation price and timeline. Two of them strung us along but never followed through with a quote and timeline, while the other two just didn’t want the job. Finally, we reached out to All Around Construction Services after a neighbor communicated their satisfaction with a recent roofing and deck replacement job. Admittedly, the quote was a little higher than I expected, but we were anxious to have the job completed so we decided to move forward.

A few days later, Dan R. from All Around came to complete the installation and we couldn’t be happier. Dan was courteous and professional as he competed the job. His prowess in carrying the cupola up the ladder and roof clearly demonstrated this was not his first rodeo. The office staff was also very pleasant to deal with.

Cupola looks great and we will definitely reach out to All Around Construction Services with future projects.

I have used All Around Construction multiple times over the years, for a variety of projects. With each interaction over the years they have been totally consistent in the areas of: quality work & above average timelines, strong customer service & communication, and extremely reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area in need of help for a home project, big or small.

I highly recommend All Around Construction Services. After a large tree limb hit my roof and put a hole through the shingles and wood underlayment rain got into my attic. An All Around rep came the day after I called to inspect and explain what they would do to repair. The repair guy showed up right on time as scheduled and did a great job, even matching the new shingles to existing so it’s hard to see the patched area. Then the day after repairs were made the rep texted to follow up to see if I had any questions. Happy to do business with a local family owned business.

All Around Construction can do it all. From envisioning a project to execution, Anthony Hufnagel has the talent and the focus to bring all the elements together in a timely way. He has an experienced, loyal and long-employed team that were a delight to work with. He has the ability to turn to skilled
tradesman when needed.
We couldn't be happier with the outcome.
This is a diverse, multi-talented operation that is well
named. They are "All Around” for sure. Susan & Mike King

Working with All Around was a breeze- they fixed some dry wall and framed out windows. Clear communication, quality work, no flakiness. The workers were all super respectful and took extra time to protect my floors & furniture. I’d use them again for bigger projects in the future. Much less sketchy than hiring a random person from Next Door.

If I could rate All Around Construction with 100 STARS I would! Above and beyond with skill, professionalism, work ethic. First project we hired them for was a backroom renovation for use in all seasons. Then rewiring our home. Then installing a paver patio. Yesterday they completed replacing our carpeting throughout the house with luxury vinyl planking and painting three bedrooms. Cannot say enough about each workman on the team. Every one top notch. Many many thanks to Anthony and All Around Construction!!!

I have used both the handyman services and the construction services with great success. They have a very friendly and helpful office staff and the handyman and construction contractors are excellent. I started with some simple work like painting, a room and installing some grab bars in the bathroom and they did a great job with that. Next time moved onto replacing some windows and repairing some water damage and doing more interior painting, and we were very satisfied with that. Most recently, we had them waterproof our entire basement, including installation of a sump pump and a new bulkhead. They did a fantastic job and they are extremely neat and conscientious. I would highly recommend All Around handyman and All Around Construction .
