Constraction reviews in Belmar, New Jersey

We have used All Around for several projects around our home and have always been happy. They recently came out for a more urgent plumbing issue and came very quickly and solved the problem. They are always reliable and professional. Anthony and his staff are great to work with and we will certainly continue to use them in the future.

Workers were professional and knowledgeable. Workers were polite, clean, and mindful of close neighbors. Work was completed as contracted. I would recommend this business.

Needed a roof exhaust fan replaced after the wind blew the cover off. After calling 4-5 different companies (2 no call backs - 2 broken appointments and 1 long story) I was recommended to All Around. Tech actually showed up on time provided a quote and re-arranged their schedule to squeeze me in ahead of a rainstorm….showed up on time - tech was superior - meticulously done from start to finish….great experience and no BS!! Would highly recommend!!!

I spoke to nearly a dozen other professionals in the industry before deciding to go with All Around Construction, and I'm so glad I did. From the very beginning, they were transparent and took the time to ensure I understood every detail of the project. They offered high-quality service with a solid guarantee and treated me like family. Their team walked me through each aspect of the job, from the structural improvements to the roof replacement, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend All Around Construction for their professionalism, reliability, and commitment to quality

Recently, my garage was almost completely destroyed by a large oak tree (see Before picture). All Around Roofing and Siding came out promptly and gave me an accurate estimate which was inline with what the insurance adjuster estimated. Anthony, while there for the estimate, helped me get my car out of the garage and therefore, my car, did not sustain any damage. Once the estimate was approved, three different crews performed work - masonry, carpentry, roofing and siding. Each crew arrived on time, did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves each evening. They retained as much of the original structure as they could which kept the costs reasonable. The end product (see After picture) is a well built, attractive and practical garage.

Anthony and his team were great. Very friendly. Very comfortable with them. They did a phenomenal job. We get compliments on our pavers on a regular basis. We love it so much! I'd recommend them for any paver job. Looking forward to using them for other home projects in the future.

We recently hired All Around Construction for a home remodel that included installing a new electrical outlet, replacing attic stairs, remodeling the staircase from the first to second floor, and building out a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. From start to finish, the service was excellent.

The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and took great care to protect the existing structure and materials. They were friendly, communicated clearly throughout the project, and left the work areas spotless each day.

The final results were exactly as described and expected — we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend All Around Construction and would gladly work with them again on future projects.

All Around Handyman just finished a fairly major renovation on the first floor of my home in Belmar. Each room was touched - new kitchen and bathroom, removed walls and installed a supporting beam, upgraded our main electrical system and all interior electric and plumbing. New flooring throughout, reformatted closets, roof repair, new windows and doors, moved steam radiators along with other smaller miscellaneous items. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism and the renovations came out exactly how we pictured and hoped from the outset. Anthony and his team were great to deal with and very reliable. Anthony was very helpful throughout the process and his advice on design features was spot on and appreciated. He will be coming back to do an outside porch in the fall for us and I look forward to using him in future projects. I can highly recommend this company in all areas of construction and repairs.

Armando and his crew did a great job replacing our back steps. We will definitely use him again!

We have used Condor Construction for several projects at our home and they are excellent! Armondo and his crew are always courteous and neat and their craftsmanship and attention to detail are superb.

If I could give Condor Construction 10 stars I would. I am a perfectionist and do a lot of research when l hire someone. Armando and his team have exceeded my expectations! They are all very detail oriented and are always on time and hard working. I could not be happier with the work they have done in my home. As far as l am concerned l will never need another contractor. Hire them...l promise you you will not be sorry.

Condor Construction did a fabulous job! We had to sell our home and hired Armando and his crew to get the house ready for sale. Their work was pure perfection! We had 10 offers on the house and everyone raved about how perfect and move in ready it was. They were always on
time, and purely professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone for all your construction needs
