To verify this issue, I have security cameras at my residence to verify the presence of Jeffery during his visits. Jeffery promptly adjusted the invoices when necessary. Unfortunately, this year, communication between us has deteriorated significantly. Despite multiple attempts to contact Jeffery via phone and text messages, I have received no response. However, when my sister contacted him using a different phone number, he unexpectedly answered. This behavior demonstrates a lack of professionalism and deliberate disregard for my communication attempts. As a business owner, it is expected to maintain a level of courtesy and transparency. If Jeffery was unable to fulfill his obligations or had decided to discontinue his services, he should have communicated this to me directly rather than ignoring my messages and calls. As a result of Jeffery’s unprofessional conduct, I am now left without a lawn care service for my father. Consequently, I have had to seek alternative assistance. I strongly advise against recommending Jeffery for business purposes due to his lack of professionalism and disregard for customer communication.
